To change screenpack, open mugen.cfg in the DATA folder with notepad and type "MK1 or MK2" instead of MK3 in "motif = Data / System-MK3.def". Some characters, like XIII versions of Kyo and Iori, are available only by doing that.
The DL link will stay uncracked, the way it was uploaded by the author. Some of You in the comments have a fair point that the author doesn't want to see it that way so I will no longer share the cracked version. If anyone has the idea to do so - please reconsider. This is an awesome Mugen creation and I would love to see next version of it in the future. EDIT: I changed the DL links to official ones.

Iori has always been the most deadly player i love & fear and the same time.
That special attack he does in the end joined by other fighters was the highlight for me!
My boy maxima got flight mode, and my girl whip got gun stance. Nice.

Aw man, I loved this game line up growing up, and for someone to take the time to create something for all of us fans to enjoy at no cost is truly amazing. There is only one bummer to the game though, and that is that if you pull off some amazing combo and wreck the CPU even by accident, the next challenger will match that play skill and unfortunately the game will remain at that insane level of difficulty forever. Even if you try and lower the difficulty in the settings it won't change, this makes the game pretty much unplayable for sucky players like me from that moment on... :'(

Hey, do you happen to know how to manually change which version of Athena you want to be? In the command list, it was down down down + whatever corresponding button, but I'm not getting that result. It says something about random dressing in the settings and how the technique can't be accessed if it's on. Also, what is the T button? Trying to perform the Kensou super. Thanks.
I just tried it, something must have been changed because it doeasn't fork for me now, I tried it on a freshly dowloaded game. All of the ddd+ whatever inputs didn't work. As for T button - it's the one You use to switch characters in team mode.

Either a bad download or you didn't extract anything right. Re-extract, and if that fails, download again.

Does Mature's SDM not combo in two different spots? Looks like one of the attacks doesn't connect on the SDM version (the 5th hit) and then the last fireball doesn't combo.

I got this from the official FB site and there's only the traditional 97' Kyo/Iori in the roster and not all these ones you're showing in here; do you need a code or a trick or something to unlock them?
You can change the vbersion of a char before a match starts. To do so hold start button and choose your version.
Additionally, there are 3 screenpack in the game. These Screenpacks include alternative costumes of Kyo, iori and other characters. To change, open mugen.cfg in the DATA folder with notepad and type "MK1 or MK2" instead of MK3 in "motif = Data / System-MK3.def". Your Game Will Change. Enjoyable Games !!

How can i transform iori to orochi iori??
is down, left, down, left, down, left and start (my start button is actuallt letter "p") or maybe try down, left only two times and press your start button. This movement has to be done quicky (not too too quickly) Hope I hepled, I discovered it about 2 minutes ago and I remembered your comment, try it, its really cool.

It's included in the game, go to The King of Fighters WING V. 2019\kofwshell\movelist and you'll get the movelist though it is in chinese.
It's in the kofwshell folder.
