Believe it or not, I actually think Frosty Fest really fits in with what it’s like outside for a lot of places. Christmas and new years for me had no snow and all of a sudden I am getting snowstorms on and off, this really sets the vibe for me
I knoww, I really wish and hope they add this and the Splatoween music to it! ;w; I do guess it does make it feel extra special when that music DOES play, only for those events, since you wouldn't have been able to hear it ingame a lot in a while, but I hope they add the songs to the jukebox eventually! ^^ Also that they make a jukebox in the plaza as well, since the lobby (and jukebox) won't be accessible anymore when Splatoon 3 eventually maybe doesn't have online support anymore ;w; (Which is probably ages away) So I hope they also build a jukebox in the plaza! ^^

The frosty fest victory theme even sneak in "Joy in the world' melody. But yeah, most people would have been too busy to play in late december since they're actually spending time with people in Chrstmas.
FrostyFest is more of a New Years Splatfest rather than a Christmas Splatfest. In fact, there were no Christmas decorations such as Santa, Xmas trees, presents, or garlands. All we’ve seen are snow decor.
i agree, not everyone celebrates christmas too and ig they want to be inclusive but it fits well as to start a new year but it still feels like the christmas vibes go by the time frostyfest rolls around unfortunately
this video is the most enjoyable part of this fest for me ngl I only got to play an hour in total of the event and that hour was spent being bullied by clash blasters and e-liters,,, the losing theme slaps when you're not being forced to watch snipers dance on your grave
