today was the first day I did automatic writing while I was meditating in light language. I was writing so fast I could hardly keep up to the message. Comunicating with spirit is definitely two way comunicaton. Some time ago I went to sleep with an intention to say something to spirit. But I didn't know what to say, so I said "hi". And in this moment I saw such a bright light that I got scared someone is in the room and turned on the lamp. But I was alone in the dark room, of course.
Every time I get scared, this voice gets even more subtle.
I mean, think about it. It is for you. If it is quiet enough, you can hear it all the time, as it do not bother you throughout your day.
