Any aftermarket disc brake power booster kit you can find will work. OEM master cyl's are not setup for discs in the rear. I'd say Wilwood but cheap stuff works too. Thanks for watching!
Can't wait to see all you do to it. FINALLY got your book today; it'll probably be better than that one about that royal ring or whatever, or that one about that boy witch in that school, or that other one about the musical thrones game...never did find out who won, WHO CARES! Looking forward to both; future episodes & the book.
I rebuilt my axle when putting them the 2nd Bronco project, only thing i didn't do was Ball Joints, and i lost the dam Bracket that hold the brake line on. FYI when putting the rubber mounts back in the front Axle they are labeled front back and Wich side is "UP"... Another TIP , replace the NUT/Bolt System on the GAS strap LOWER one; leave the upper one alone unless its rusted out, replace those with Body Clip style Nut, take bolt to auto parts store find one that fits its , think like 3/16 but their fairly large make way easier to put that strap in SOLO, I used new bolt with washer built in Air wrench, Make sure you get a WARRANTY, not going know their right till you take it on road test. fellow shop owner had set done, and they used inferior parts the bearings failed. Nice work, 79 is my favorite, done whole drivetrain, swap. One rotted failed project into 2nd project that was in way better shape, UP North in PA SALT belt get one get. Nice garage to work out the issues, did mine sitting on car trailer. how i Got it, no axles under it. all together been two years, still needs things done but that's why called project. got NEW set of front manual lockers, The factory HUBS have some unique parts that can't be replaced any more, such as the Large INNER spring. unless you full of money you can buy brand new set from any of many companies providing after market. but that inner spring is "holy grail". JUST FYI LOVE THE RED ON WHITE CENTER. Mine is big foot Blue. with scattered RUST everywhere. authentic.
