Thank You for this conversation and courage to explain these important issues that can change for ever the future of our second generation..Blessings and prayers for America at this time.
Todd Friel explained it perfectly how Republicans are probably where the Democrats were in the 80s and 90s. But the democrats are so far left to a standard that's never been seen before in either party
Bullcrap Jimmy Carter was President then in the 80s Ronald Reagan became the president in 1980 play different than the Democratic party Democratic party was a Trail of Tears Ku Klux Klan slavery abortion
@@applemac100100 Same. I wouldn’t go so far as to say Bill Clinton (the EARLY 90s Bill Clinton, not now) would be a Republican as many people do, but people like JFK & Tulsi probably would be, if they were in today’s elected office.
Trump 1) enacted the Abraham accords. 2) He signed an executive order for free speech and religious liberty. 3) He got Roe v. Wade sent back to the states by his Supreme Court pick. 4) Gave religious organizations exemption from the Obamacare contraceptive mandate. 5) reversed Obama’s transgender public school policy 6) revoked an Obama executive order that prevented federal contracts from being awarded to businesses, faith-based companies and nonprofits that have hiring practices that critics say discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. 7) recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital and that the U.S. Embassy would be moved there from Tel Aviv.
I am not a Republican nor do I like Trump (a non Christian), but I will confidently say that yes, in 2024 it is a sin to be a Democrat or to vote Democrat.
@@happyappy19931 I'm not talking about the party platform - although I am deeply concerned by their weakening positions on moral issues. I vote a straight Republican ticket every election. However, some examples of Republicans mocking God's law would include essentially bragging about committing fornication at a prayer breakfast, actually bragging about committing sexual assault, claiming to have never done anything wrong, creating an entirely fraudulent resume, using foul language to publicly complain about another candidate's foul mouth, and constantly shifting their positions based on what they believe is politically expedient rather than standing for what they believe is right. A large part of the Republican party seems to just adopt the Democrats' positions from 15 years ago on many issues.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against prinicpalities, against powers, against rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
In 2016 when Trump was running against Hillary I was praying and told God I couldn't stand either of them and didn't want to vote. I subsequently got the thought that if Trump was elected there would be greater opportunities to preach the Gospel. That made voting for Trump a reasonable choice. If Trump is elected (and unless the Dems pull the same kind of trickery they did in 2020 he should be) the same argument stands. Not to mention the possibility of calling this nation back to God!

Could you please pray for me this week? I’m burned out with work. I’m super stressed. I’m exhausted. I’m cranky. I just want to stay in bed. I feel like I’m going to cry or freak out on someone. The constant back to back calls with cranky, stupid people is wearing me down.
I prayed for you. Totally understand how you feel, and when I start to be in that mindset I really have to ask God to change my perspective and how I view work and my job. And in all seriousness, if you are in this mindset more and more often it might be time to think about making a change. Blessings to you my friend.
I’m going to be voting for Trump, but I’m not thrilled. I’m still irritated that the Republicans nominated him. Just about any Republican that ran for the nomination would be way up on Harris. But they had to go and nominate a criminal that so many people would never vote for. But I don’t think he will destroy the country as bad as Harris will. And even though Trump seems to be flipping back to his original pro-choice position, I still don’t think he will push as radical an agenda as Harris.

Why not leave it up to God. America shook it’s fist in the face of God for decades now. Sit back and watch God do His bidding . Dan 2:21 - And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings

Where does it say that in the Bible. If true Christians would spend the time they spend occupied with politics trying to reach the lost we would all be better off !
I was brought up as a Christian in a recognized protestant church denomination, and YOU two are NOTHING like the words in the New Testament in RED. Are you from the formerly confederate states?
Help me understand how any Bible/Jesus follower could vote for the party that promotes abortion and the Trans movement
They can’t.
God breathed life into Adam with his first breath. And living women (and men) count first.

Borh major party candidates mock God's law. I'm voting for the candidate whose policies align more closely with God's commands than the other's.

At least Trump is "friendly" towards Christians and to our US constitution, not so with the other side who are openly hostile to both!

An Evangelical Christian wants to promote Christ and be true to the scriptures and that's opposite of progressive Democrats.
There is NO such thing as a “Christian Democrat”. Period!
Being progressive and being Christian is mutually exclusive
As Groucho would say, a Contradiction of toims.

Tim Walz is a member of a Lutheran "church" that would be getting a new updated thesis of 999
Can I take a wild guess that his Sunday morning social club is Evangelical Lutheran??
Sure that thesis is not upside down 😏
