Bro. I never thought all the way there that before. Thank you. The dirt particles get suspended up off the rug in all that foam long enough to get scraped off with the squeegee
Hello James, we've just stumbled onto your videos in the last month on the big smart TV. I have a question, are you stopping posting your long, normal speed videos up? we have to pay for them with subscription? we enjoy them more than the quick speed ones. love your videos, thank you
@justhousewifing of course, i will be posting longer videos every friday as normal for everyone. I just do extra work now uploading uncut versions and they are for memberships.
So glad you wore a mask. This was absolutely the slugs home lol😂. I'm sure he's grateful you cleaned it for him ! Another amazing transformation, 👏 job well done!
I love how you always have different rugs in different conditions. People always comment and say you’re dirtying the rugs yourself because they look the same level of dirty but they aren’t watching your channel because that’s just not true.
People also don't seem to get just how dirty rugs can get in a rather short amount of time. Multiple members of my family would store unused rugs rolled up on the side of the house under an awning that would keep a car out of the rain. They all still got pretty gross just with binsects and dirty getting blown in for a few years. Never this bad, but I've also seen a hoarder house where I imagine twice as many rugs could get much worse.
It took a good ten minutes before I could actually get an idea of the color and pattern of this rug. I love it. It amazes me, these aren’t cheap Walmart rugs, these are real wool rugs chunked out side like they are paper. Love what you do with these rescued pieces of art.
I can’t believe how thorough and patient you are. I am not even patient to watch the videos in 1x speed. What you do is truly fascinating and inspiring to me.
Dang, that's gotta be one of the moldiest rugs you tackled yet on the channel. Great work restoring it to cleanliness and beauty! (side note: I am very glad that you wear protective equipment when dealing with mold, not worth risking your health and it's definitely better to protect it!)
This rug is so beautiful! Not only are your videos wonderful for the ASMR quality, but the satisfaction at seeing a job well done is a total bonus. Great job! ❤
I chalk it up to an addiction to the before and after. Seeing junk and dirt ooze out and then the after picture! Almost better than a box of chocolates. . . almost. Nothing really beats chocolate.
Dirt Reynolds makes a sad dirty rug happy again. Hey, that sounds like a book!!!! Such a beautiful carpet. Never thought the white would come out so bright.
Fantastic clean!!! Normally you can start seeing the pattern after the first scrub by Dirt Reynolds......but this time the pattern did not emerge until the first scraping. You saved another beautiful rug. ❤️
I can only imagine what the smell was like while cleaning this and how awful your drain must stinch after washing this rug. Would like to see you post another video of you cleaning it whenever you get around to it again James. Great work! ❤
Hand down the most dramatic transformation I've seen. I can't believe there were parts of that rug that were cream colored! Gorgeous rug. Sad someone let it get to that state. So glad you restored it!
Good grief! It's times like this that I'm thankful that we don't have smell-o-vision options when watching videos. I can only image the horrible funk that you have experienced with some of these rugs. And now you're on a critter watch too? You're a top notch rug wrangler and critter relocation extraordinaire. The excitement there never seems to end!
My dream collab is James cleaning the rugs Aurikattarina finds in her home cleanings. I love her videos as well and some of those rugs in those houses makes me think "James would do such an amazing work with it!
Whenever I turn on one of your videos I suddenly have a lap full of purring tabby cat. Ashe is obsessed. I'm pretty sure he thinks you make these just for him. :D
Like some have said, this one was a tough one James. However, a splendid job as usual. Love Friday mornings more now than ever before. Great job and thank you!!!
just a small question being a new viewer. why you stopped showing what you were using and why you were using that method or solution? it was really knowledgeable , being able to know how certain solutions work with certain carpets and also some stain removers. I know your audience already knows the procedure but that texts were really good in understanding how you perceive different and tough rugs differently. And yess love your videos❤️❤️
i enjoyed the surprise guest slug, and i hope you removed it carefully and put to back outside or made it your pet if you have the proper required materials
Hi James, big fan of your work. Keep up the good job you keep doing! Question: would there be any benefit to first [Protima] “scraping” the caked-on soiling after the first round of soaking? … As opposed to applying detergent and shampooing right away? In my world of detailing cars we always remove as much surface debris as possible before agitating mechanically. Thanks, and cheers!

Please take couple of days to deepclean your workshop after working with mold

I choose to believe that you rescued that slug and named it Slug Reynolds.
my vote goes to sluggie gilmore!
How about burpy from slugterra😂
Lol naw, Sluggy Field. Dirt Reynolds & Sluggy Field in Scraper and the Scrubber. Like smokey & the bandit. 😁

im getting a bit more serious with my ppe now
A mask would definitely be required for this. The spores will go EVERYWHERE. He probably should deep clean the place as well.
Especially with autumn coming, at least some day here in Texas, that is when I usually get sick.

i often say how many different colours of dirt is there ? lol

Ве основа этого ковра не сгнила, если на ней даже плесень появилась и есть ли смысл тогда его чистить?

More like three minutes

I’d happily drive down to Southampton and buy that rug.
Love it
What a beautiful rug! Good for you for restoring it. I hope someone is enjoying it now.

You can tell the owner “ you left your pet in the rug !”
"I'm so sorry about Jerry!
He likes to get out a lot."
Best one yet IMO. I loooved this incredible transformation!
I’m feeling sluggish this morning as well!! ❤
That’s a really good rug. Held lots of dirt. As low pile, but absorbent, as it was. Super quality.
I honestly didn't want this video to end because i can not stop staring at this beautiful beautiful rug 💙💙
The most satisfying part for me is always when you put the hose under the rug and squeegee the dirt out!
I had my doubts on this one, not gonna lie! But you had this beat 'slugger' 😅
😂😂
@@MountainRugCleaningi have a question? What did you do to the slug?
So I'm still trying to figure out why I enjoy watching you clean icky filthy rugs, but I do!

Wow! That was a tough one but you performed your usual magic and brought it back to life! ❤
The carpet's design is so nice... And so beautifully you revived it in its original form …. lovely !!!!
So glad to see you wearing a mask! That mould is no joke
That slow motion walk.... can't get enough!

What a beautiful transformation
Fantastic clean!!!

I'm always amazed at how clean the rugs come even though I used to detail cars and the transformation can be just as drastic.
I can only imagine what the smell was like while cleaning this and how awful your drain must stinch after washing this rug. Would like to see you post another video of you cleaning it whenever you get around to it again James. Great work! ❤
All of the close up's of R2-Clean2's FOAM is making my heart so HAPPY!!! 🥰🥰🥰☁☁☁☁
ah this title has got to be a reference to your "snug as a bug in this cat pee rug" absolutely love that one, and this one !! another awesome job !!
You mastered your magic on this mouldy rug and made it into a masterpiece. Great job. Thank you for sharing.
Well, this was definitely one for the books!!!
Awesome job!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! Cheers!
This rug is so gorgeous, I don’t understand how anyone lets it get this bad outside of a flood or something.
Wow.. It's a new carpet. 🎉❤👍👏
Whoa! Glorious restoration my friend!
Many thanks!
Hand down the most dramatic transformation I've seen. I can't believe there were parts of that rug that were cream colored! Gorgeous rug. Sad someone let it get to that state. So glad you restored it!

The rug turned out beautifully! James, you do a fantastic job!

I’m impressed with how much dirt and grime theses rugs hold
The most beautiful rug I have ever seen.
Toward the end i started to think the water would never run clear, but you never gave up, as usual! Great work once again
Thank you very much! The thinner rugs hold onto the dirt so much more.
Dramatic and literal miraculous transformation lol! Another awesome video, James!! Thank you!!
I could smell that rug in Missouri when you first unrolled it!
Whenever I turn on one of your videos I suddenly have a lap full of purring tabby cat. Ashe is obsessed. I'm pretty sure he thinks you make these just for him. :D
Did you save the slug? D:
Yes
I didn’t actually think there was a saveable rug there let alone a patterned one!
Beautiful rug you recovered there! 🩵🩵
ilove this rug
Am I the only one who just gets insanely satisfied when he uses that blue powder/wash. It just does something for me, I can't explain it!!

Wow amazing! The stench must've been "ughhh" but you clean it . That's wholesome. Good job dude 👍👍
It's amazing how rugs this thin could pack in so much dirt! Wow!
I swear if you didn’t save that lil silly slug…
When will you do another shag rug flooded clean? When you flood the rug is my absolute favorite!!

This is one of my favorites. I cannot believe how much dirt kept pouring out of that rug.
I almost dry retched when you rolled that rug out 😅

Haha you are far too kind
Imagine the money you could make if you sold the clean rugs you rescued from the dump. 🤑
6:45 the googly eyes 😂
Pretty rug.
Would never have imagined such a lovely rug was under all that 😮
12:16 We don’t often see the forbidden caramel milkshake, most rugs go from coffee straight to vanilla.
Absolutely amazing!
Wow you out did your self on this one well done
