hey man the steps in the video seem pretty straightforward but how do I find the original face ID? basically I've been replacing some players faces and they all work, but one player (gavi the young barca midfielder) wont have his face replaced for some reason. I think this method will work but I feel like I am missing data.
@@krm.ykn0 i noticed that i was trying to use a wrong id to assign the face. Dont remember exactly how i got it working in the end, havent played the game for a long time now and dont have my old pc anymore :/ otherwise i would have shared the files with you bro
Olá amigo, tenho uma pergunta para você. O que eu quero fazer é remover faces do dream.patch no pc e mudar para o dream patch no ps4. Você sabe como fazer isso?
Thanks for the tutorials, even subbed too. Got here thru evo-web link.🙏 Edit: what about the face icons, do you need to relinkthe files too or you just rename to new id?
Face icons just change the id number of the file as it is the only file. But if you create a player from scratch (not overwriting a fake player) they will have an ID you can't have a miniface icon for, even if you find the id and name the icon that.
Bro, I'm having gray faces when relinking a 5 digit ID to an 6 digit ID I did what you told in the vid but it just does't work, maybe I got something wrong Would you make another video about face relinking but using different id faces as examples? It would really help me out
Yes when you are doing from 5 to 6 (or reverse) you need to make a new folder that has the original number of digits and then move the sourceimages folder from the original number to the new named folder. Then change the 5 digit numbers in the fpk files to the new folder name, while changing the name of the original folder from the original 5 digits to the new 6 digits. i.e. original ID 55555 for some player i.e. Neymar. Make a new folder called "neyma" or "neyjr" or any other 5 letters that relate to the player. Replace 55555 with "neyma" or "neyjr" or whatever string you choose within the fpk files. Then rename the original folder to the 6 digit number and then place the sourceimages folder in the folder called "neyma" or whatever. The new folder is to be at the same level as the numbered folders, not inside the numbered folders. Alternatively you can use blender to relink id's which is what I do since it is easier.
@@tradtrad1000 mine still showing the grey faces, i did the same thing like in the video but it's keep showing me a grey faces. do i need to relink first or move the sourceimages first?
@@deandro6166 It doesn't matter as long as both are done however this method doesn't work exactly when you need to relink ID's of different digit lengths. Check out my latest video using Blender to relink the ID. This will work regardless of ID length.
hello i got a face for garnacho and it only had a folder named ID where you replace with your patch id...problem is it gives grey face is there a way to know the old id?
relink it using hex editor. the fpk files target the face root and in that location it probably says "ID" instead of a number so the the game is trying to read a file that doesn't exist rather than the one that has the sourceimages textures in it.
@@tradtrad1000 what do i place in the search for field in the hex editor where you place the old id to replace with new one? it just reads ID in the file
@@lelekilele2 Replace the string ID in the fpk file with the ID you want to use. Then make a seperate folder at the same level as that ID in the face root folder and place the sourceimages folder inside it.
Relinking the face icon (miniface) is different than relinking face id. There is a different folder for face icons which need to match the id that the player has in the database.
I'm having difficulty doing this with Gavi. I don't know what ID to use before and after.
after relinking id the face showing perfectly but why the tattoo is missing

If both players' faces have the same ID number, how should they be set separately?
change one of the faces to a different ID, every player has a unique ID so change the one that has the different ID in the database
