Once I was at a crosswalk and wasn’t paying attention and stepped into the street, I feel this powerful, yet feminine arm shoot out and stop me. I almost got struck by a guy on his bike with one of those attachment for the kids. I turn to see Jessica Wild in full drag staring down at me. She just gave me a high five and laughed and said “Girl you almost gonna die!” And off she went glittering into that night.

A wise drag queen once said :"She found her ETB Card, and on a Taco Tuesday, she never left the card because she loved to celebrate Taco Tuesday. She liked the soft shell, with carne asada. It was really brilliant improv -- or brilliant writing and acting if it was planned in advance. It was so believable and so funny. I really thought she should have won that challenge, or at least tied with La La Ri.

I think Trixie is truly amazing but she needs to brush up on her LGBTQ+ history. LOVED❤️ Nymphia put how Nymphia put her creative spin on it, but immediately recognized how the whole look was Vamp / Grace Jones inspired. One of my faves of the season & very creative as well.

@@XenonDSLhonestly Q and Plane did good but they were also low key kinda bland. The highlight was the slides and clips. The other jokes were ok. Saphira mostly had presence. When they kept acting like she did bad because she had a moment, I thought she was going to be put in the bottom so they could finally send Mi’ya home. But I think her runway was so good they spared her. Well it was nice to see Morphine send Mi’ya home. It was a good lip sync and that song isn’t at the top of the list of 80s songs I would think of for a lip sync.

I’m a Dominican American born and raised in the US and grew up fully fluent in both. For years I taught English as a second language (ESL) in middle school and high school. Sometimes my students would say they felt intimidated or embarrassed when they were out in the community trying to speak English. They’d be worried about being ridiculed for their accents or for misuse/mispronunciation of words. I told them “if someone makes fun of your English just respond ‘and how many languages do you speak?…” My kids were way too shy and non confrontational to ever actually do that but they felt validated by what I said ❤
When Trixie said “imagine if I decided to go be a contestant on drag race Mexico, that must’ve been how you felt in season two” all we want as humans is a little empathy and understanding ❤️

The fact that Trixie helped Jessica's family during Hurricane Maria and kept it private is really beautiful and shows that she doesn't help people for clout, even though we live in a time where we're expected to publicize any and all good deeds to prove to other people on the internet that we're "doing our part"--even if that means exploiting people during some of their darkest moments. Nymphia instead of going after 🍌 this week, she perpetuated Asian stereotypes and made Ru laugh (groundbreaking) and Morphine messed up once too much like Sapphira and they put her in the btm for it. They wanted Mhiya gone and Dawn wasn't gonna do that with a facekini on to Donna summer and Saphhira was the winner and Morphine and Mhiya knew eachother .
