- Walking in rainy thunderstorm in Midtown New York City in the rain. This walk starts around Times Square and then I begin to walk sound and halfway through, I begin to make my way back north. Enjoy the city sounds of New York during a rainy evening along with thunder rumbles in the distance in binaural audio for an immersive experience. Please be warned that the video also contains sounds of loud horns, traffic and sirens. Enjoy! :)

This reminds me of a memory as a child, sitting in one of my father’s trucks. We’d just bought hot, fresh pizza and were in the midst of a road trip at about 11:20 pm. And I remember sitting there, wishing I could stay there forever. I’m sad I’ll never get to experience that again, but also happy, because I’ll be working in that exact same truck this year. I don’t know why I felt the need to say this, but it felt good. Have a fantastic day y’all.

I do love this `walking in the rain' series. it could be just me, but these white sounds or noises purify me in a way, partly because I can see and recognize that there are people out there living their everyday lives, and it's some kind of relieving.

I enjoy this series. As someone who hasn't had the opportunity to see NY in person, this gives me a POV of what it's like to walk around Times Square without actually being there. One day I'll go, until then, I'll have this in the background.
As iconic as it is at nighttime, the best time is actually during sunset. I used to work there in my 20s for a brief time and love it when I got out at sunset.

I skipped to 25:30 and noticed a police officer putting on his reflective west so I rewinded a few seconds to 25:25, to see from which building he went out. I expected to see a police station entrance or something but instead I witnessed the most stereotype of american police: Him walking out of a Dunkin Donuts shop. xD

Everyone looks unhappy in this city to me. No one is admiring the beauty of the city but only consumed by the virtual world of social media or thinking about work. Everyone is caught up in hustle and nobody living in the moment.
