I need to try fenugreek, I like moringa as tea. Never tried it on my hair though. I’m gonna try it too. Thanks for these great tips.
Yes u need to try fenugreek. Love it! And I think consuming moringa is Also good. Not as effective if u put it directly on ur problem area ( ur hair). But drinking it is not bad. I drink it too all the time.
My favorite is brahmi, bringrahj, Neem, and rose.
I am yet to try bringrahj.. ive heard good thing about it too. I will try roos too. The smell must be great?

@ Bhringraj is called the King of ayurvedic herbs so I always add it to my oils and ayurvedic gloss bars.
What can I use for thin ends? My hair is growing but the ends are extremely thin even with regular trims
Hi Sis! I have the same concern as you,, no matter how often I trim,. I still have fine ends. If there is a solution l would definitely like to know the antidote.. true true!
I don't know what's stopping me from trying Ayurvedic powders on my fine hair. Seems like a lot of effort? Anyways, i feel like now is the time! Xxx
U get used to it. Keep in mind that every good thing doesn’t come easy. But really most things are easy to make 💕 just try it. Like fenugreek-spray is the easiest. Start with that. One step at a time.
I second the fenugreek Spray, as a non-DIYer, this is the best.
It's as easy as making tea, cos that's what I literally do, some seeds and hot water in a jar, wait for 4 hours, done
Does the fenugreek not smell when you make it as a hair spritz? I do my mix with the powder and then take just the water. The water starts smelling after some time, have you experienced that?
No I haven’t experienced that. Do u keep it in the refrigerator?

@@ann95131 It can go bad and start growing bacteria if not in the fridge. It lasts 5 days if you put it in the fridge and about 24 hours if unfridgerated.
