    Prof. madam, can you explain in more detail about the difference G', 2D bands, or you refer to any paper so that I can study.

    Madam, for calculating ratio of d to g band, should we do deconvolution or directly calculate the area under peaks and take ratio...I have this doubt

      If you are taking the area, then deconvolution is necessary
