Myself, all of our friends, my family, my ex fiancés family, my current girlfriend, and my current girlfriends family were all baffled by her "logic". Long story short, her own grandmother called the police when she attacked my mother for asking her if she was insane... In all honesty it's kind of funny in how ridiculous and absurd the story is now but at the time I was horrified and questioning many of my life choices.

It turns out that Yusuke had gambled all of their money to casino and didn't pay it back and he even ignored the notice so they decided to hunt him down. After they took them away, they disappeared to the mountains and forced them to work at the mines against their will and if they tried to escape, their fate will be the worst.
As for Keiichi and Noa, after he proposed to Noa for marriage, she said yes. They ended up getting married and had twins and they gonna live happily in the future.

I fully agree with the "If men always had to pay they'd never get married", the REASON men traditionally pay, is actually a broad number of causes, mainly that men earn more while simultaneously most divorces nowadays are not from infidelity on the woman's part. Though there are some exceptions, which is why I'd avoid getting married in certain places.

Here’s just my personal theory on what will happen to Ayana and Yusuke once they finished their prison sentences:
Ayana will most likely have reflected on her past actions during her maximum two year prison sentence will work on improving herself and find another job and possibly another romantic partner in the future.
Yusuke on the other hand might very well spiral further down the rabbit hole since unlike Ayana, he had high-end rich life style his entire life with little to no consequences for his actions or experience finding a job that wasn’t outright given to him by his father…now that his father has cut him off however…it’s more than possible he’ll end up homeless and living between homeless shelters and the streets.

I really like these stories. But just one thing: why does the MC have to be so forgiving as to always needing other people to get back at the antagonist?
I see it like this, holding onto grudges just causes more harm to him. By holding onto that pain, he stunts his own progression in life, his career, and other relationships. By letting go of that grudge and hate, he can finally be free of that person(s) and move on with his own life. I see it as a puppet master holding a puppet by the strings, that ex would just be making him dance in the palm of her hand if he just held onto that grudge together revenge. I don’t think he’d like the feeling of knowing that she played THAT much of a role in his life that ALL his achievements he made during that 5 year gap was because of HER.
