Just came back from west plano secrets of the empire and I can see getting addicted to this. I was screaming just like these beta testers. I could feel the heat of Mustafar lava, I thought the lava creature would reach us so I shot like mad to kill it. We got ridiculed by K-2SO for not inputting the codes fast enough. When Darth Vader used the force to turn off our blasters I was like, whoa it's true, the force, the Jedi, all of it, it's all true. lol. but now I'm wanted for crimes against the Empire. I SAW the wanted poster with my name on it! I don't think they saw my face though...
lol this makes me feel so much better about my reactions going through it!
Fact: The snake in the cavern will not catch on virtual fire! :) So much fun! Glad I got to come do this last Friday!

I'm only an hour away, so excited to go....I just wish I knew when that was? They are supposed to open the third quarter this year...I'm sure they'll be booked for months in advance though, if they're not already.

Imagine where this is going to lead us... A matrix/inception like dreamworld where you can do anything or be anybody. When I was a kid i used to dream of stepping in to a magical world, be the hero on an adventure and now I am slowly seeing that dream come true.

this is so freakin cool..! but honestly, i dont think that a park like this is the future, because you'd have to build hhuuuuge parks. the future is something that you can use at home, which beams you into the game. like in the anime called .hack, you put that thing on your head and it makes you "dream" that your in the game, but you have full control of what you are doing.

Need to know specs! Latency, Rez, mobile pc. The hmd looks clunky and loose. I'd be surprised if they're even close to what the Vive can produce.

+Talkinghotdog if you were to look at it from your phone screen or something like that, it doesn't look as cool. It's a lot more different when you are actually experiencing it, because it feels and looks more real when you are actually doing it. It's really cool. They aren't exactly to the point where it looks extremely realistic.
