Hello thank you for the video, it really helped! I would like to ask, is there a way to log the email history in Hubspot? I have just downloaded the outlook plug-in, but I cannot see the emails that I have already sent with my contacts. Is there any way, or hubspot will update the email activity from the time that someone connents his/her account?
Hi Karen, thanks for watching! Once an email is sent there is no way to edit said email. This is because any particular email blast can't be sent more than once. The one exception being emails that are published for "automation" in things like workflows. If you want to send a similar email blast again, clone the old email, make any changes you would like, and send out the new version.
hi, im a bit new to hubspot so im still figuring things out. Is there a way to view or download the html of the drag and drop html files you create? I want to get a handle on how hubspot builds out there emails and the use of the hubl markup
Hi Rick, thanks for watching our videos! Unfortunately there is currently no way to export HubSpot templates to get raw HTML and HubL. However, HubSpot dopes have some resources to help get you started: developers.hubspot.com/docs/cms/building-blocks/templates/email-template-markup Hope this helps!
Is there any way to "lock" the columns in the drag & drop email creator? I would like the column content to remain side by side (as it does in desk top view) rather than "stacked" which it does in mobile view.
Hi Rebecca! Thanks for watching our videos! Unfortunately, at this time, HubSpot does not support this kind of functionality from within the drag and drop email editor. If you are familiar with how to build traditional email templates and know how to code with HTML and CSS, you may be able to achieve this behavior but it is not guaranteed to work across all email clients. Here is an older video of ours showing how to use the design manager traditional template editor and there are some HubSpot articles in the description for further learning: ruclips.net/video/PUw87NkBXck/видео.html . Sorry it's not better news!
Is it possible that HubSpot had an update or something? Because I'm doing the same as you watching this video but my screens are different. I cannot find the optimize tab anywhere, please help!
Hi L! It seems that yes, HubSpot has removed the "Optimize" tab from the standard email editor, as well made several other changes to make the layout and features more in-line with the new drag and drop email editor. You should still have the option to preview emails by "Device" and "Client" though by going to the "Actions" dropdown in the top right corner and clicking "Preview". This is very similar to how the drag and drop editor works.
I've recently started with Hubspot, and ALL of my emails are going to SPAM. I have to sort them EVERY DAY and assign them to myself. WHAT am I doing wrong??

I am very new to HubSpot, I’m looking to create a folder where some or certain emails can go to automatically. Can anyone help please!?
Hi! Thanks for the tutorial but is there any way to EDIT/MODIFY a *sent* email and not a draft?

Hello how can I see a names of people who open our email blast, like a record list of names that open our email for last month?

How to send the email to the people who sign up with the form?

Would you please let me know if emails sent in HubSpot can be recalled or undo sent? Thank you.
Hi Roxana! Unfortunately no, once an email is sent to someone's inbox, that email cannot be un-sent.
HubSpot SUCKS
