Probably for the best. Crown Of Light is a shot speed down while active, and it caused big issues during the Mega Satan fight. Imagine trying to deal with all the Hush Zombies with that awful shot speed.
genuinely never had a problem with this challenge, as much as I hate Jacob and Esau. starting with x-ray and 20/20 on BOTH characters is just so powerful, unless it was different a year ago
I dont know how to feel about crown of light deactivating when u lose a soul heart besides it feels like it should do that only with red hp but I’m guessing it only does that because some characters can only get non-red hearts as hp but even then its a kinda silly interaction for characters who can have red hearts as hp.
and its even stupider when you think about it because Blue Baby loses Devil/Angel room chance when he's hit, showing that the game CAN see if a character is Soul hearts only

This video motivated me to try and complete the ultra hard challenge by self. On one of my runs, I got tech 2, then I actually managed to get Sacred Heart as well in my first angel room. I was so excited that I had the thing that would get me to win. Then the next thing I got was Dr fetus 😢
the jacob and esau double challenge was hard for sure, but one thing that made it easy was 100% of charm with that one planetarium item, all the enemies basically commited ded when they get close to isaac

my best run in this challenge was lost because of hush for some reason not spawning the way down to sheol, it didn't even spawn delirium, it just spawned a chest and ended my run, i still wasn't able to clear this challenge once
Idk if this is how ultra hard works but surely if you get spin down dice and then use it on proptosis (even if you can’t see it) then you should be able to get black candle right and then be immune to curses.
I like that you consider this challenge the MOST bullshit, because the rest are. And did you forget about the Beans challenge that can straight up be unwinnable if Brownie shows up?
I did this challenge and somehow got the delirium portal at mom's heart when I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. I beat delirium but no trophy or chest spawned essentially soft locking me. Annoyed I decided "fuck it" and spawned the trophy via console and got the achievement that way. Is that cheating? Absolutely. Do I feel bad? Not at all.

Not a Ludovico fan but oh my god, Eye of Occult + Crown Of Light (I hate the crown so much) is a great synergy

I managed to get IV vag + Swallowed penny on Jacob, then blessed penny on Esau, it was pretty easy from there (and Sacred Mega Blast)
The worst challnge for me its the glitched like when you unlock tainted eden you this demon challnge 35 its glitched bro the times i died the hell
