Anybody know the weight of this battery.
22lbs
I have the same battery for about 6 months now also for a Motorguide Xi3. I run it pretty hard during tournament days, (30-40 minute straight at full speed) it hasn’t given me any problems.
Same here. It's been real solid. I definitely recommend
Have you looked into their 24V series? I’m tossed of running two mini’s for my NK. I plan to get a Crescent LT2 and want the battery under the seat
Be better running 2 minis
Power Queen 100aH for me on a Nucanoe Unlimited. Bought rods, reels, and a depthfinder with the money I saved. Power Queen has been flawless so far.
That's efficiency! Lol
I run a LiTime and am pleased. And I’m too nervous/anxious/scared to fish at night here due to the gators.
I have Friends that think the same way! They won't even go out for night-time fishing, even in a Big Bass Boat...! Lol
(I grew up fishing at night, and we had 'Gators in the bayous - down in Texas. Gotta be careful, for sure!).
I'm running a LiTime Battery, also! A 55 amp 36 volt (1980 watt-hours). Have a 60 amp 25 volt in my "little" Titan, and both give me good service (so FAR...!).
@@MSmith-jf5wo I've had too many near misses with boats in broad daylight to even think about going out when it's still dark.
I understand that completely
I just bought the PWR and now looking to motorize it, as typical, the beard came through at the right time as I have not made the battery purchase yet! Trust this guy!
Unless you are a fly...then...not so much!
Use that code! Save some money.
I would go with the mini 12v 100ah. I thinks it's a beast and will save you some space
I love that they fly got the better of you, but only until you got it back for good. And yes you are easily amused. 😂
It's a gift and a curse lol
Are there any advantages of a group 31 vs a 24, 27, or mini?
On a kayak....space. They will all do the job, but the smaller package maximizes the space especially if you are running a battery box
@@thebeardedpaddler I guess I'm asking why you would ever run a larger battery that has the same capacity as a smaller one?
@@michaelsanchez3659 I'm just running what they sent me. If I was choosing then I would run the mini
Yeah, no absolutely. Wasn't trying to be rude. I'm curious why these companies even offer the bigger sizes. Maybe I'm not educated enough to understand their purpose.
@@michaelsanchez3659 oh not at all. It's a great question. A lot of these can be used for multiple purposes like RV, camping, etc. Some of the larger batteries can also disperse heat a little better as well. For kayaking I just would prefer the smaller due to.space and not a heavy load on the battery
