I will be honest, I haven't said much about it, but Addmotor is very Sketch. I helped them a lot of the E310 videos, one is nearing 50K views and that is for the bike I purchased for Mrs Adventure. They are very reserved, they don't support creators much at all, but they want free advertising. They did send a bike only after I agreed to make the multi day across florida video that I had planned. But the bike broke down and it took a while to get it repaired. So I cancelled that trip. I think their bikes are good, just not too happy about dealing with them. I hope to get the Spytan, it was offered, but I am waiting just like you.

I was/am holding out such high hopes for the Spytan!!! :( The VMST4 is the only interesting alternative I've found so far, but it's quite the cargo style commitment, just as risky of an (unknown) brand, and I'd really like to not give up a folding feature...
The Spytan is the ONLY *folding* electric reverse *cargo* trike currently available, and this is a specific feature set that I happen to really need. I even offered to review it for them as a disabled user with a service dog since they're talking up the pet transport element so much... However, on top of Gary's recent mini-review, I've been second-guessing even going with the E310. Were it not single gear, I would still reconsider due to things I've been reading about and from AddMotor here and there...
It looks like I may end up HAVING to go with Lectric or MoonCool due to budget, customer service, and quality reliability... Those brands are great too, but I liked the E310 basket/rack being bigger and lower to the ground, the idea of my working dog being in my sight full-time in the Spytan, etc.... Addmotor is fumbling some great concepts!!!

    To Addmotor:
Just curious... What is the Turning Radius for the Spytan M-320?
Specifically, how wide of a Bike-Path, or Road to be able to make a U-Turn.
It would appear, without a Switchable Reverse, one would need to Dismount, and carry the front around to the new direction, if the Turning Radius is Too Big for the space available?
    From Addmotor:
The turning radius of the Spytan is about 39 inches.
If you can't make a U-turn while riding, you will need to get off the trike and turn the Spytan manually.
I'm Presuming that means a Minimum 7' Path or Road to make a U-Turn?
    39" Radius x 2 = 78" Diameter... 7' = 84"
That's actually Quite Impressive, considering the Total Width of 34.06"!
That "Progressive" Steering Geometry must really work well!

If the guy does his own videos and wants to make a sale then he better make time to answer you ....
When it comes to the other bike if they could not answer your questions then you know they have No Phukin clue about the bike and are just pushing it for a different supplier ....
If they could not answer my questions i would not buy shit from them !!!

The main Difference between a Traditional Rear-Wheel Trike, and a "Reverse" Front-Wheel Trike is the Dynamics of Forward Momentum.
The "Tip-Over Axis" on a Traditional Trike is Forward, Left or Right... the Same Direction as the Elevated Mass of the Rider is going with Momentum Energy.
The "Tip-Over Axis" on a Reverse Trike is Rearward, Left or Right... the Opposite Direction of the Elevated Mass of the Rider with its Momentum Energy.
The two front wheels tend to act like "Outriggers" on a Boat... They can Still Tip-Over, but takes More Sideward Momentum than the Front and Side Momentum on a Traditional Trike.
Of course a "Leaning" Front Wheel Steering Mechanism, negates much of the "Outrigger" Effect.... But Counteracted by the Bike-Style, Instinctive, "Lean into the Curve".
I've also seen a "Leaning" Traditional Trike Design that Pivots the Forward Frame, Wheel, and Rider... With the Rear Wheels remaining Level with the Road/Path.
I personally chose the Addmotor SPYTAN to order, due to Balance Disabilities, resulting from Stroke Damage.
I'm hoping to regain Strength and Stamina from Too Long as Sedentary.... Improving before my 76th Birthday! ;o)

15 mph? I bought a Addmotor Grandtan about 2 months ago. A very sturdy Trike. Excellent for gravel roads, narrow paths, and even off terrain use. I have videos of the trike on my youtube channel. For any E-Bike or E-Trike, I believe going over 15 miles an hour is excessive speed for gravel surfaces and trails. My community is currently looking at creating E-Bike regulations. ( A person was killed last summer doing excessive speed in a bicycle lane). The only exception would be someone riding on paved roads, and or a designated racing track. There you go, start a E-Trike racing organization. Indy E-Trike Event.

I just watched a SixThreeZero Video, "Reverse Trike 10 Mile Ride!".
I honestly couldn't see an advantage with the Leaning Two-Front-Wheel-Format, over a Traditional Two-Wheel Bike?
The Rider/Demonstrator claims "Stability", but I see no Stability from "Leaning" or "Tipping" different than on Two-Wheels.
If I'm wrong, I'm more than willing to be enlightened.
I also believe Addmotor Missed the Boat by Not Having "Rider Experience" Videos to Coincide with their Pre-Order Campaign.
So far, I have not seen a Human in the same Photo as a SPYTAN Trike....
I ordered on Pure Faith, that, "I Can Make it Work for Me"... From Visual and Dimensional Information.

Paul I hear you on both points as I said in the original video I just didn’t get it why somebody would want a three wheeled bike that rides like a conventional bike.
But I would love to find out he promised to send me the 630 bike supposedly they’re in stock, but I do not know that for sure but I haven’t heard from the guy.
I’m really hoping he will follow through with his promise and send me a bike so I can explain why it’s either better or not. I’m not the only creator waiting so maybe they’re just not in stock yet. As far as for Addmotor I have laid out some of my own money on this to try to get it. I have been working with them, but I honestly don’t think other than selling it. They have any involvement with it. Have not heard a lot of good things about this company. Even their dealers in the United States seem to be dropping them.

Your Marketing Team really needs to put together Promotional Videos,
displaying WHY your SPYTAN Two-Front-Wheel Trike is Better than Other
    Offerings.
    Response:
    Thank you for your suggestion.
Unfortunately, we are unable to create videos at the moment as Spytan is currently in the pre-order phase and en route to our warehouse.
However, we will produce videos once Spytan arrives.

Trust me, I’ve tried to get anything I can out of them so that I could put it in a video, I don’t think they have control of this bike. There’s probably like three or four manufacturers in China that make all the bikes for everyone of these companies don’t think too many sell direct so they’re all resellers.

Big difference between US Resellers of China Manufactured Goods, is whether or Not the US Representation has a "Language Barrier".
That also goes for Companies that "Outsource" Customer Service... Either Overseas, or Domestically.
We have a local company that contracts Customer Support.... Basic Requirement is to be able to type 25 WPM, and communicate in Conversational English... Otherwise... Minimum-Wage Workers, hired "Off the Street".
I applied their to Maintain their Computer Systems, but had to Apply as an "Operator" first.
The "operator follows an On-Screen "Script" for the Company the Customer is Calling for.
The Operator Fills-In a Standardized Form for that Company, in case the "Script" doesn't cover the Customer's Request for Assistance.
The actual Reseller only gets involved when the Call-Center Exhausts their resources.
Virtually the Same as the India Call-Centers, only here in the US.
Another thing I've been wondering... After Addmotor and SixThreeZero Fulfill their Pre-Orders, will they raise the Price to their Crossed-Out "Retail" price... Or just continue selling at the current price?
For the Addmotor Spytan, at a $3,399 Price Point, compared to their other models, they should have been equipped with "Torque Sensors".

Do Hydraulic Brakes for Bikes "Balance" better for "Splitting" Pressure at the Lever, than do the Mechanical versions?
If so, please post your source for the Best Retrofit you Select.
Another problem I have from Stroke Damage, is a loss of 80% Feeling, and Motor Function of my Left Arm/Hand.
So, I'm Planning on Migrating the Left-Side Controls to the Right-Side.
I ordered one of their "Extension-Bars" to get more "Real Estate" for Mounting Handlebar Controls.
Do Hydraulic Levers typically take more Space for Mounting?
Do the Calipers mount the same?

The "First Batch" of Spytan M320's is "In Process" for Shipping.
Mine will be Shipped from the El Monte, CA Facility, and take 3-5 days to arrive here in Oregon.
No definite date for actual Shipping.
The Cutoff between "First Batch" and "Second Batch" is Orders placed on or after May 17th.
"Second Batch" orders are supposed to ship in July.
The Specs now say the M320 is equipped with a "7 Level Pedal Assist, Cadence Sensor".
Previously, they showed, "Intelligent 7 Level Pedal Assist, Speed Sensor".
I got it verified that the Shipping M320's will have a "Cadence Sensor".
I too was concerned about Ground clearance under the Steering Linkage... Verified as 2.75".
I suggested some Linkage options that would increase Ground Clearance, including a Single Pitman Arm for Both Tie-Rods.
Current production is Locked-In... Any "Improvements will have to wait for "SPYTAN II".
I did a CAD Simulation to figure out why they used two Pitman Arms, with Cross-Over Tie-Rods.
It causes the Inner Wheel to turn at a sharper angle to follow its tighter Turning Radius... to reduce Tire "Scuffing".
I do believe the Steering Linkage could be raised and made more "Compact" to increase Ground Clearance.
In reality, the M310 "Mini" also has Low Ground Clearance with its Central Derailleur Lower Idler.
I've been my typical OCD, soaking-Up everything I can find on Electric Bikes and Trikes, in general... And the Addmotor Line, with Concentration on the M320, Of Course! ;o)
I was a Lifelong Motorcycle Enthusiast, both Road and Dirt... Until suffering Stroke Damage taking 80% use of my Left Arm/Hand... And my Equilibrium.
I have a couple of UTV's for Off-Road Exploring, but wanted something more Silent for an alternative for short commuting on Roads and Paths.
Added Plus... I'm planning to break my Sedentary Bad Habit!
I've got a "Bike Trainer" Roller picked out that I believe will work, with minor Adaptation, for those Winter Snow months.

      I have Now! ;o)
      Great thorough Introduction and Review!
You note that the ride is "Different" than either a "Bike" or "Trike"... But, do you sense an "Advantage" over a "Bike"?
I would guess the 630 Reverse will need "Foot-Paddling".
Any of the Reverse/Tadpole Trikes are going to be poor at U-Turns.
I'm guessing our Spytan's will involve a lot of Dismounting, and walking the Front-End around?
The Spytan Does Have "Proportional Steering"... By my CAD Simulation, using Guesstimate Dimensions, the Inner Wheel turns about 20° sharper than the Outer Wheel.... To Minimize the Turning Radius.
A Single Pitman Arm would Increase the Linkage Ground Clearance... At the Disadvantage of a Larger Turning Radius.
Adding Suspension to either of these Trikes for Future Generations, I'm sure will be Welcome, but likely at a Significant Price Increase?
I may go with a Suspension Seat-Post?... With Tube-Tires, can also drop Tire Pressure.
