- Here's 15 More Small Details in Red Dead Redemption 2... Since I've been making the effort to revisit some of Rockstar's best games and share some of the incredible details I had yet to cover, it was inevitable that we'd be returning to the Old West & well as you should all know by now RDR2 never fails when it come to attention to detail, so with that all said I hope you enjoy the video! :)

Red Dead Redemption 2 is a Western-themed action-adventure video game developed and published by Rockstar Games. The game is a prequel to the 2010 game Red Dead Redemption, and the third entry in the Red Dead series. Set in 1899, it follows the story of outlaw Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang. After a botched ferry heist, Dutch van der Linde and his gang, which includes Arthur Morgan and a young John Marston, are forced to flee their hideout in Blackwater and attempt to cross the mountains west to evade law enforcement. In order to fund their escape, Dutch has the gang rob a train belonging to the wealthy oil magnate Leviticus Cornwall. A furious and vengeful Cornwall then hires the Pinkerton Detective Agency, who send Agents Milton and Ross to apprehend the gang. As a result, the gang is forced to be constantly on the move to stay one step ahead them. All the while, Morgan and the rest of the gang continually have to perform numerous jobs and heists to keep the gang funded as Dutch continually promises one last, big heist that will secure their freedom.

It’s so heartfelt to see that Javier wasn’t against John and Arthur but he had no choice so he chose the side where he didn’t feel he was going to die in!
if i was in his position i would have felt the same, as a man who has nothing but the guns on his side who’s wanted in two countries it’s hard not to choose the gang over a man who’s about to die either way and a man who has a family he has to worry about. if javier joined arthur and john he would’ve been on his own after they escaped.

Cyberpunk 2077 has great physics as in sitting the wrong way hitting trees at 1mpb will knock them down and great water effects

Agreed, even Far Cry 2 to a certain extent. Then you compare it to cyberpunk, and its just shocking how bad CP2077 really is.

I find it cool how when the npc’s are eating they occasionally take a drink to wash it down, just adding more detail to details
I’m replaying it for the third time now, I find new stuff to see/explore/do every time. I love this game so much

Fun Fact : Javier's voice and motion actor told that he pointed the gun towards up intentionally in SacAnime Summer event in 2019, because of the actor's opinion about John and Arthur.

I like gta iv .. because all of it, graphics, the feeling that you can explore ANYTHING and something new is hiding at the next mission.. i didnt got that feeling for a long time... until i played RD2. Felt the same soon as i start to play
Gta 4 is criminally underrated. Has been since launch. I’ve heard people say it’s the worst gta ever. I disagree.
Detail : when greeting with arthur, arthur will rarely ask civilians about if there are bounty hunters or pinkertons roaming around when the gang is being chased by the pinkertons and if he has a bounty he will ask about bounty hunters insane detail

The javier detail is so amazing considering that when you meet him as John in the first game he doesnt try to kill you either just slows you down and tries to get away

I think the detail with marry is so small, but adds so much, and is a good example of how vibration and controler feedback could add things like this.
This game was so good that I got an addiction to it,and whenever I see videos like this I am unable to resist the temptation to play it again

@@arthurmorgan7026 It depends which game we're talking about, WD was a cool series but when your character can sprint in water up to his neck like if he was on land.... that's the kind of things that kill the general immersion for me.
In WD 2 Retro (Can't remember his actual name) struggles to run on water if he's in the coastline but not in a fountain.

@Emmy Not really mate. Look at the size of haptic motors these days. If they can be fitted in dualsense controllers, they most certainly can be fitted in keyboards.

one detail i like is how arthur will try the locked door and then kick it. way more immersion than a door in some other games that just acts like a wall where you can't interact with it

Great vid as usual!! I remember I got a different animation for catching the kid in Saint Denis. Arthur didn’t tackle him he just grabbed him and turned him around. I may just be misremembering it but I thought it was cool. Man I can’t believe how many details are still in this game after so long. Good job!!

I remember for my second play through, i kept avoiding the main mission and doing all the satchel challenges. Spent weeks away from the camp. Dutch sent Charles to come track me down.
