Hi Andrew, thanks as always for a great lesson. Just a small note. At 2:26 you said to find all the E major scale notes on the A string. However, you played the 5th fret of the A string (i.e. D note). There's no D note in E major. Is it actually E mixolydian from the A major scale but starting from A instead of E, while a constant 6th string E note drone is ringing?
@@first_fret It definitely sounds great, no question about that. A rose by any other name would smell as sweet, it doesn't matter what we call it. Afterall the only difference between E major and E mixolydian is just one note, the b7. Cheers!
