$100 says that this is not auto-tune and that these guys don't speak english as a first language - i am disappointed with a lot of covers that are the same song/different band that are a cash in, but this one seems like a genuine tribute with a few talented guys - well done!
I believe they are talented, but there is no doubt autotune on the vocals. Listen to the vocals in the ballad section of the song. The way the vocalist switches notes sounds almost robotic, and on longer notes you can hear where there was originally vibrato but it has been autotuned out. Like I say, they seem talented, just too much auto tune used

If I want to suggest something that might help, the vocalist can try placing his voice more on the sternum/chest and less on the mask/nasal cavities, while he can also open his mouth a bit to the north-south instead of the west-east direction. Using a pure 'a' instead of an 'ay' vowel can help to instantly achieve this. It will add more roundness and fullness to the sound, while also ensuring that the tone that does not sound too shrill and thin on high notes. The pronunciation needs to be fixed a little as well. I hope that helps!
