Agree with the hobby Japan...it needs a metal base and €15 less.
Those Jada's are not bad at all. Think I go for the Audi street car with rubber tires 😏

The Nissan set is very $$ here. They never showed up in stores. The Track Day sets are collecting dust, we got so many and they are $50 CDN. I just got the 3rd Nissan set, White cars.
Mattel distribution at its best... They must have gotten a great deal on white paint lol.
You have ford transit supervan from hot wheels ? Nice to find majorette with working parts and rubber tires.
I have a custom version of the HW Ford Transit by David Johns of Twyce Diecast, that's even better.

What is your fauvorite 1/64 scale diecast brand? Unfortunately I think, Mattel thinks there’s not enough interest or market to actually wants to do an effort to sell the premium cars here en Europe to retail you stores. And maybe I’m wrong, but I think they would hang on the pegs in the stores. I don’t think the market is big enough for HW collectors here in Europe, only in Canada, USA and Australia. And when it’s comes to the Majorette. I’m not a fan of the slightly bigger cars compared to HW and MBX cars. And imo they have a cheaper feel to them compared to the Majorette cars of the 70s and 80s
Since I can't choose between Matchbox and Majorette I pick Minichamps64 as my favorite. Before the start of the pandemic I would've concurred with you on the market in Europe not being big enough for HW collectors. Since the pandemic alot of people have started collecting, and I've noticed that evolution at NAMAC too. Nowadays the busiest tables are the ones selling 1/64 and 3 inch, sometimes I can't even get to the table to see if there's something interesting for me. That was definitely not the case in pre-pandemic times. Funny you would say that about Majorette which is the only diecast toy brand besides Tomica that has kept most of its features like lenzed headlights, suspension and opening parts.
