Update: Did this with my Daffodils from the grocery store (the ones not in water to keep them from opening up too quickly) that weren't opening up as they should have! YAY!!! Got to enjoy the beautiful blooms instead of half blooms!!!

and time to pout - didn't get them opened soon enough (they were squishy at the tips instead of able to be opened...)
