I hope you guys are safe and sound. travelling in monsoon has always been disaster in Nepal. And I feel so bad for guys that you choose monsoon to visit Nepal. Next time if you come plss visit in between Aug- Nov.
We are safe. Yes, road are the Kryptonite of Nepal, but we have still loved every second. We really want to come once monsoon is over, but most likely next year😍
Many people lost their lives this year in Nepal cos of landslides in the mountainside highways. Hope you guys stay safe and take care while in Nepal. From Nepali guy living abroad
Stay safe monsoon season is very risky to travel in Nepal .Being Nepali I also try to avoid as much as I can.. travel in monsoon stay safe Thanks for Traveling Nepal 🙏
Our bags weigh about 20kg and they were underneath all the other bags because we were the first ones on the bus so yes it was not easy!! But the backpacks make it so much easier for travelling to so many places😊
Please avoid the long tour in monsoon season because of land slide but you may having much fun in this season stay safe and keep it up waiting another vlogs of your journey see you
especially west nepal to kathmandu road is more risky in monsoon times .still 1 month is remain to be active mansoon in nepal and then it will go become less day to day. So careful while especially travelling through road.my suggestion is that plz use the airlines route while coming from west nepal to kathmandu through the bhairawa or nepalgung airport or pokhara or your suitable airport Be careful and take enjoy during risky time 😢❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for the useful advice, it's incredible to hear the opinion of experienced people so we can plan future trips to Nepal and help other people who are planning to visit! 💕 Your support and wonderful hospitality mean a lot to us 😊🫶
Thank you for sharing! We definitely felt that in this journey and after this day we decided to only do long trips by plane in monsoon because the landslides are so unpredictable and scary
Thank you for your support! We have been following the news and it looks like there are still a number of people missing and India will be supporting the search too! We pray the remaining victims are found soon.
nepal is mountain country so you should be safe and should care safety with you in monsoon otherwise different accient will happens with you So be carefull and safe
the rookie mistake i see all foreigners do here in nepal.. dontt seat in the lasttt it might look comfy but trust me the road condition and all its the worst seat. choose front seats if available i'd say the first seats the best you get more leg room and you dont feel the bumps as much and its just better.
It's very strange becuase in every bus we have taken we have been put on the back seats. We were prepared with our solid camera tripods, in case we had to break the window, but that is another reason why we decided to walk, because of fear of getting trapped🙏
I strongly advice you to check weather before traveling in mountainous regions of Nepal, landslides and flash flood in rivers are pretty common here. In addition the air transportation is also bad due to corrupt system and lack of inspections of airplanes. So overall It is not so safe to travel here.just government thing, rich mans ambitions and common peoples death. Just few weeks ago 7-8 people died while traveling in 6th hand airplane which was couple decades old, no inspections at all, no safety measures.
I hope the next driver didn't charge you again. In most of the cases, the first bus pays extra fare to take you to your destination to another bus driver although it is hectic to change bus during the trip.
Well its kind of scary that Nepal is located exaactly where 2 tectonic plates collided.. I doubt end of nation isn't far.. Stay safe every one. Enjoy your life..
The risk of floods and landslides is high in Nepal during the rainy season, so foreign tourists should plan a safe trip. Check the weather forecast regularly and avoid traveling in adverse conditions. Heed the advice of local residents and guides and carry essential medicines, food items, and a first aid kit for emergencies. Keep in touch with your family and friends regularly and have an alternative travel plan.
Thank you for the advice, it's so helpful for next time we visit Nepal but also for any of our viewers who are planning a trip there! Really appreciate the support 😊
you should not have leave your bus . in long journey better stick to your own bus otherwise you would get more trouble . it's all up to driver to make your journey safe.
To be honest we did not feel safe with our own bus, the driver was quite reckless so we took our chances with local buses, it was a long journey but we got to experience so much that day. No regrets,
This adventure is full of challenges, risks, and uncertainty, and to embrace the local spirit and beliefs, here's a quote: 'In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.' - Buddha. May your journey be guided by wisdom and courage, finding safety and learning in every step. 🌟
We found our journey so interesting once we left the tourist bus. We had such an authentic experience and took about 3 buses to get to Pokhara. But we met so many people along the way it was great fun to be honest 😊
Thank you for sharing your advice. We did not know that the planes in Nepal were not good but we will remember this and share it with our subscribers. In this occasion, we felt safer flying by plane than by bus in monsoon, as the landslides were too frequent and unpredictable
Thank you for the advice! I think in this occasion, because of monsoon we preferred to travel by plane than take the risk with the landslides. But will definitely keep that in mind when we come back to Nepal 😊
