Hollywood Rose included future members of Guns N' Roses, namely Axl Rose. GNR came about when Tracii Guns from LA Guns and Axl decided to join forces, although Tracii left soon after and was replaced by Slash (who also was in Hollywood Rose for a bit, if I remember correctly).
This song was I believe around 1984, maybe. Probably earlier.
I had no Idea about this, I like it better than GnR. Before reading your comment I was literally about to comment suggesting T check out LA Guns if he hasn't already. How does that happen, lol.

Tracii Guns formed L.A Guns with singer Phil Lewis, who had sang in Girl with guitarist Phil Collen, who had left Girl to join Def Leppard on their 3rd album Pyromania.
Guns changed things up yet again with stellar tracks from Use Your Illusions I and II.

LA Guns n’ Hollywood Rose’s
Most of the Hollywood Rose album became half of GnR Lies. The Guns n Roses version of this track is on there.
Liked this track off of the gnr lies ep. Knew that LA guns and Hollywood rose broke up and formed guns n roses. Didn't know song came out of Hollywood rose side.

In the photo Axl is center and Izzy is to the left and they also did a version of this song on Live Like a Suicide which is now the GnR lies EP.
Seems like GNR also recorded this song but I could be mistaken...this time! 🤣

See Hollywood Rose is actually the early version of guns n' roses and this song is also on the guns and Roses album "lies" the version of it on lies is much cleaner and better recording
You should check out the guns n roses version, its not as rough sounding

also, do a reaction to Axl and Wes Arkeen (he's like the lost member of GNR). I'm not sure who was playing guitar here (maybe Tracii Guns, but it may have been Wes). Tracy Gunn’s of la Gunn’s and the rest being guns and roses then Tracy quit and formed l.a. Gunn’s and slash stepped in.
Slash and tracii also knew each other from highschool in Hollywood. So much connections there.
I think Axl and Izzy were in this band, but not Slash. They redid this song as GNR in the Lies, Lies, Lies album. One of my favorites. This version rocks too, but the one by GNR has a more defined riff. Do some by Dirty Looks! ruclips.net/video/s1G6_KG7wxk/видео.html
Axl and Traci were good together, but Axl and Slash together is like my generations Plant n Page, Richards n Jagger, Tyler n Perry! Musically it was the perfect marriage
