I like how you can tell which is the VHS and Real Gabby by how the characters eyes are motioned. In the vhs series the eyes are all still with the character. But when its recorded her pupils actually are seen moving. Its such an amazing detail. I wish I see more of it. I like that the Recording shows this but the VHS show doesnt.
If there was a playlist of Angel Hare with the VHS, unspookified versions, I'd let my kids watch it. Whoever voice acted Gabby made her sound like such a caring character who is genuinely interested in the child watching and wants them to be happy. Yall did a great job on this series, well done!
I'm pretty much out of the range where I'm not interested in cartoons anymore but Gabe voice sound so warm and caring, it make me so happy. honestly I wish the creator make more tapes, it is soooo good!
I really appreciate the simplicity of the idea, just a guardian angel on the TV who cares for him. Not only that, but does everything in her power to protect him. It makes me want some of those VHS tapes

Those old Christian kid's shows *already* felt like analog horror a lot of the time lol Can't wait to see how it all ends! I will definitely be coming back to watch this series again in the future

They wouldn't touch Puritan Indoctrination with a twenty foot pole! Who TF showed me that Horrific Gumby Knockoff Moral Tales?! Ahem. Sorry. Loved your comment.
i've been having a weird idea of a two layer cosmic horror about a swarm of mini eldritch entities with the appearance of "cute" characters from the 70s and 80s that invade worlds and forcing inhabitants to live in a weird and messed up parody of old christian cartoons. also there's a cult that worships these monsters and participation is mandatory. they then force inhabitants to participate in the production of propaganda films that the entities then broadcast into the worlds they plan to invade next. (the second layer) in the worlds not invaded yet, there's a massive multi media franchise centered entirely around these entities that becomes popular to such a degree that everyone starts acting like it's the only franchise to exist. all media not part of the franchise is required to at least reference the franchise positively in some way or get demoted and smeared. many cultists work towards attempting to bridge the worlds and assist the entities into entering the world on a mass scale. only saving grace is that the entities themselves do have a sense of morality and come off more like an invading force of extremely obnoxious fairies rather than something wanting to do harm.
The characters make me feel calm, for some reason. It's like trying to emulate a dream of some kind or emulates how my dreams were laid out, or planned. The way they make the conversation surrounds me in a way.
The attention to detail in not just how different the diolog between the two versions are, but the fact that recording Gabby’s eyes are seen shifting around. Heck even the fact she’s clearly going off script just tot park to Jonah!
Does anyone ever wish this was real somewhere, somehow? One day you find something truly bizarre. It isn't scary or creepy. It may be a bit eerie, but it's soothing. A nice mystery, a reassuring event, a trip down memory lane. It'd be amazing.

Can you blame some of the people that do have anti-thiest ideals? I mean religion isn't bad but dogma can be horrifying in the results it causes, leading people to literally torture and kill others just for questioning things or being different, not to mention all of the monitary and sexual control and domination it brings. Plus your religion is decided before you're born 99% of the time, and even the act of looking into others is "herecy" when if it's true why would you care what others have to say? Religion should be chosen and not forced. The basic teachings of most religions are good but beyond that it generally gets bad, again tho it's not the religion so much that's the problem it's dogmatic zeoltry, but that zeoltry has caused basically all tragedy and genocide in the world :/ Be like christ but don't let dogma rule you and stand up for those affected by it (LGBTQ, women, poor, etc)
@@smileyp4535 yes i can blame them because anti-theism (and its offshoots) is a naive positivist viewpoint that tries to disprove a higher power using the instruments ov statistics n evidence, even tho it's literally beyond this world. critiquing religious institutions isn't the same as being an anti-theist.
@@dasmowilkins again, your religion is decided before you're even born 99.999% of the time and most people who realize the way they were brought up was wrong just want to leave it altogether. I suppose anti-thiesm is actually kind of a unique case because theres atheism and anti-dogmatism which aren't as bad but anti-thiesm is just dogmatic atheism which isn't great either as that's still dogma. But again, I don't blame people for being against the idea of a "loving" God punishing people to infinite torture for arbitrary reasons when God made everyone anyway. I think anti-thiesm is a bit too far imo but again I don't blame them for in their eyes wanting to save others from the potential traumas of fundamentalist religions, people should be free to come and go, practice and question as they please, because that's what free will is after all
Uhh lumping religious trauma and 'anti-theist rhetoric' together in the same example is pretty horrible. I don't know if you just said it really wrong or if you genuinely think it's wrong for people to make what's usually vent content about or inspired by their own religious trauma. Thinking religious people are inherently crazy, talking down to them and trying to constantly say "you know that isn't real, right 🙄", etc is VERY different than having been verbally, physically and/or sexually abused during your life that was fuelled or excused by religion. Religious people aren't crazy just because they're religious. But that doesn't excuse the ridiculous amount of trauma some of them inflict because they went down a horrible, selfish religious path. People need to vent about it sometimes or explore it. It's nice to see an interesting change, I agree but please be respectful that acknowledging the trauma that some religious people inflict using their religion is helpful and cathartic to many victims.

Seeing this (even though I don't get along with religion because of traumas and personal problems) made me feel very calm, I would have loved to meet someone as good as Gabby when I was little and my family was negligent with me, hopefully we get along better, and I love this series very much.
Coming in from the Nick Nocturne stream, wasn't able to catch the full thing but for the few parts i was actually there for I really enjoyed. So wanted to drop in and completely watch all the episodes. Also another thing that had caught my interest and what really got me invested was how the viewer with the tapes shared a name with the "main character". Growing up with a mom that was apart of the catholic religion, she had videos and books made for my older brothers and sister similar to this with their names in it. (Except me, i didn't get anything like that because i was last born and not special.)
Gods… does this send me back 20+ years to when I was a little kid in my grandparents creepy basement watching VHS kids shows that the church gave them. Sitting on the floor with my cousins and brothers, all aglow in the blue tinted lights of the little box television set. This has only just begun, yet I’m already enraptured by it.
I really love how the character designs, the vibe it gives, the story, the Bible references, the music,I just love everything thing about this…it was very well made! I can’t wait to draw everyone. 💗
I really like this! The quality of eberything is amazing! It feels like a long lost show I remember watching as a very little child. Maybe something my grandparents would have had on VHS and put on for me to watch whenever I came to visit.
Wow! Got back from watching everything so far, and i must say.. this series is very lovely, surprisingly, it isnt analog horror as much as its analog wholesome I love Gabby, she really is an angel from above. Theres no dark disturbing lore or anything, no... Gabby is just being herself, honest, loving, and helpful. Like any angel would! I really look forward to seeing where this story goes, until next time Gabby and friends, God bless 🙌🙏💛💙💗
i binged the entire series (so far, up to the end of season 3) yesterday night and OOPS new hyperfixation and comfort characters unlocked LMAO (also big fan of the fact that there are subtites on all the videos, subtitles are surprisingly rare for projects like this)
i swear to god i almost just fucking shit myself. i just started watching this because i've been seeing it around and it looks cute, and when she asks your name, i (internally lol) responded "my name is joan" because Thats My Name, and that "it's nice to meet you JOAN-ah :)" scared the life out of me. good LORD
I remember this show so much! Seeing it as an analog horror gives me some memories back cuz it was glitchy and also it was kinda weird, But some of the episodes are uncannily similar! I remember him saying my IP and i heard knocking and cop cars, But i thought it was just my dads show!
I have always lived in a problematic household, im 20 now, have a full time job, a car, interests, but it still affects me, this series really makes me feel warm and it comforts me. Thank you for making this
Every copy of angel hare is personalized Jokes aside, this is definitely one of my favorite analog horror series alongside greylock and mystery fleshpit national park I love all the little touches, gabby saying things like "That's great!" On the copy Then "That's a great book" it's SO SUBTLE, I LOVE IT
My name is Jonah. When she asked what my name was I jokingly gave her my answer I cannot describe the pure and genuine terror I felt when she responded back
I wish I was an Angel Hare kid, or at least had someone or something similar. To those who have and/or had someone or something like that, take it not for granted, as you are blessed and fortunate, at least in that regard. Wishing and hoping wellness, safety, warmth, and joy to y’all.
i can't put my finger on it, but there is a certain malicious glee here that i don't see in a lot of other similar types of projects- unsettling in the best of ways. really looking forward to watching the rest!
I have a theory. the guy watching it is actually doomguy before the first game. The show was his guardian angel and Gabby warned him about the hell invasion on mars and only he could stop it. After that doomguy got a pet rabbit named daisy and joined the UAC.
I love how this arg takes a more wholesome approach rather than "photo shoped face to look scary x makana" but all that aside i like the concept of angel hare
Coming from someone who just finished this wonderful series, and just had some life events that felt like this show was foreshadowing it, AND, before watching it, had past life experiences similar to this, ive only discovered this series yesterday, but boy is it gonna be, and is, so close to my heart, I was struggling with my Faith my whole life, and ive only really adressed ut recently, but this show did such a wonderful job at reminding me that God and Heaven are for me, not just waiting to punish me Even if that wasnt your intention, Thank You so much for helping me
Completely forgot to put this but I absolutely loved it! I have no brain capacity to describe it but it was SOSO good. THIS is exactly the kind of horror type media I love. Amazing characters, interesting and unique plot, and phenomenal story telling. The team behind this is so talented!
As a non-believer who grew up with plenty of religious trauma, I'm able to find a weird amount of comfort in this horror series series about a cartoon Christian rabbit. lol So thanks for that. Wish I had a guardian angel growing up.

Seeing this (even though I don't get along with religion because of traumas and personal problems) made me feel very calm, I would have loved to meet someone as good as Gabby when I was little and my family was negligent with me, hopefully we get along better, and I love this series very much.
This should be an actual show. Like, i can tell there has been a lot of effort into making this masterpiece
I'm very glad Theft King did a video on this. It's an amazing series. ^w^
WHY IS THIS INCREDIBLE WEB SERIES NOT MORE KNOWN?!?
angel hare just seems like a movie and I love it 😭
Oh, it is awesome watching the VCR recordings and it becoming clear the show was always more than what it looked like.
I wanna be friends with Francis.
He is my favorite part of the series.
OKAYYY so far it looks pretty well done, I hope this goes somewhere 🙌
Thank you thank you! Tune in on Sundays to find out 👀
Coming in from the Nick Nocturne stream, wasn't able to catch the full thing but for the few parts i was actually there for I really enjoyed.
What a fantastically put together series! Y'all should be so proud of yourselves
Thank you so much!
I really like this! The quality of eberything is amazing! It feels like a long lost show I remember watching as a very little child. Maybe something my grandparents would have had on VHS and put on for me to watch whenever I came to visit.
if east patch had angel hare vhs tapes like those, TAKE MY MONEY.
Honestly, Angel Gabby makes me so extremely comfortable and makes me feel so at peace its near paranatural.
i like the music it feels claiming yet makes me feel uncomfortable and nostalgic
Wow! Got back from watching everything so far, and i must say.. this series is very lovely, surprisingly, it isnt analog horror as much as its analog wholesome
I love Gabby, she really is an angel from above. Theres no dark disturbing lore or anything, no...
Gabby is just being herself, honest, loving, and helpful. Like any angel would!
I really look forward to seeing where this story goes, until next time Gabby and friends, God bless 🙌🙏💛💙💗
The editing is pretty good and im hope to see more in the future!
Thanks! New episodes are every Sunday, so you won't have to hope for long!
This is literally so cool how is it so under rated
The repeating background with the piece of tape on it is adorable
Congrats on the great work, y'all!
Ahhh!! Snoo!
i binged the entire series (so far, up to the end of season 3) yesterday night and OOPS new hyperfixation and comfort characters unlocked LMAO (also big fan of the fact that there are subtites on all the videos, subtitles are surprisingly rare for projects like this)
Thanks Manly, this is great
Gosh I loved your analog horror is so vastly different! I mean I know I shouldn't say it earlier but I still loved it!
Rewatching this to remember Angel hare and to watch the new episodes yall guys took out
Being named Gabby is so uncommon where I live so hearing it popularized after this series feels so weird LMFAO 😭
i swear to god i almost just fucking shit myself. i just started watching this because i've been seeing it around and it looks cute, and when she asks your name, i (internally lol) responded "my name is joan" because Thats My Name, and that "it's nice to meet you JOAN-ah :)" scared the life out of me. good LORD
So much meme potential in a single web series, it makes DHMIS look like a wildlife documentary. I Absolutely love it!
TOP NOTCH LOVE THE TEXT and the sounds, highly authentic to old school 80's tech
MY EARS ARE POPPING OF THE ANGEL HARE PLAYLIST-
I remember this show so much! Seeing it as an analog horror gives me some memories back cuz it was glitchy and also it was kinda weird, But some of the episodes are uncannily similar! I remember him saying my IP and i heard knocking and cop cars, But i thought it was just my dads show!
I wish I had an Angel Gabby right now. Going through a rough patch with what I know to be right being muddled by deceit and false "common sense"
This is too much work for so little views... someone start watching this already. This deserves better!
I feel very interested with this story i hope you make more like this
I have always lived in a problematic household, im 20 now, have a full time job, a car, interests, but it still affects me, this series really makes me feel warm and it comforts me. Thank you for making this
I actually have a vivid memory of watching angel gabby when I was 4
Every copy of angel hare is personalized
Jokes aside, this is definitely one of my favorite analog horror series alongside greylock and mystery fleshpit national park
I love all the little touches, gabby saying things like
"That's great!" On the copy
Then
"That's a great book" it's SO SUBTLE, I LOVE IT
Excited to watch more of this. It looks so promising and I love how Gabby in the older recordings seems so life like.
I kinda wish there was an analog horror thing like this but at the end the bunny was just some guy. Like Gabriel really cared about you actually.
after watching everything I have to say this is the best ARG/ analog horror I have had the pleasure of watching thank you! And keep up the good work!
My stomach dropped when Gabriel said Jonah's name. Genuinely terrifying.
A very interesting series, never felt uplifted and inspired from analog horror before lol.
My name is Jonah. When she asked what my name was I jokingly gave her my answer
I cannot describe the pure and genuine terror I felt when she responded back
I wish I was an Angel Hare kid, or at least had someone or something similar. To those who have and/or had someone or something like that, take it not for granted, as you are blessed and fortunate, at least in that regard. Wishing and hoping wellness, safety, warmth, and joy to y’all.
i can't put my finger on it, but there is a certain malicious glee here that i don't see in a lot of other similar types of projects- unsettling in the best of ways. really looking forward to watching the rest!
okay i'm back after watching all that is available so far- holy hell. incredible doesn't even start to cover it.
I'd like to thank NightMind for doing a video on this, i am incredibly invested!!
Her voice is so comforting I wish she’d tell me everything was ok
The eyes are way creeper than I expected! Also hi! New to the channel.
Awesome series the idea and presentation are flawless it also reminds me of the Mandela effect
Came here after a review on this series on a nother channel, and just loved it! keep up the good work!.
I just can't stop watching Angel Hare 😭🤌✨
oooooh! I really like how this is going so far!!
i think this one could be a brilliant idea to talk about “addiction” and tell us how it could really effect our lives
I have a theory. the guy watching it is actually doomguy before the first game. The show was his guardian angel and Gabby warned him about the hell invasion on mars and only he could stop it. After that doomguy got a pet rabbit named daisy and joined the UAC.
Cool to see a show that doesn't go full edgelord heresy when covering christianity.
Underrated as balls.
When it said Jonah I jumped. I thought this video somehow knew my real name for a second.
I love how this arg takes a more wholesome approach rather than "photo shoped face to look scary x makana" but all that aside i like the concept of angel hare
Imagine this was a real story.. JSJSJ (I love this tho)
Coming from someone who just finished this wonderful series, and just had some life events that felt like this show was foreshadowing it, AND, before watching it, had past life experiences similar to this, ive only discovered this series yesterday, but boy is it gonna be, and is, so close to my heart, I was struggling with my Faith my whole life, and ive only really adressed ut recently, but this show did such a wonderful job at reminding me that God and Heaven are for me, not just waiting to punish me
Even if that wasnt your intention, Thank You so much for helping me
Thank you for generously sharing such kind words and the personal impact the show has had on you. It really means the world to us.
@@TheEastPatch You're absolutely welcome! Thank you!
WHEN IT SAID JONAH I ALMOST SCREAMED "MANDELA CATALOGUE"
Imagine if someone named Jonah saw this video, that would be hilarious.
This series actually made me cry at one point
And I'm rewatching it now to see if there's anything new
My favorite analog horror series ever
Someone recommended this series in a gtlive comment section and I’m immediately hooked
I generally wish angel hare was actually a real show.
Here from Nick Nocturne/Night Mind's channels!! Excited to get into this!
