    Just rewatched. The way you turn all of Scott Galloway’s ideas and tips to apply to weight loss and health rings true as it all fits. Fun to see Ryan Gosling. Yes, plug away…everyone needs to own your cookbook!

    Great video full of good tips. Love how you pulled the concepts together. One caution with those getting a personal trainer. In my experience I am a WFPB educator myself and I have had several individual who are getting going and doing well only to have a personal trainer talk them into eating meat or at best create confusion and doubt about the diet. Even though they have been hired for exercise the topic of eating and protein 🙄 comes up and they offer their mis informed information.

    BTW, If one doesn't like the taste of water 💦, get better water 💦😅 No, seriously, water from your faucet may taste like the terrible chlorine and chemical taste! But SPRING water is actually sweet! Try it rather than "filtered water" the bottle should say "Spring water" you'll also get more minerals from the spring water too! Jeremy, Thank you for the effort you put into your channel 🙏💓 you make it so accessable to the average person to really change their life! It really is a lifestyle and not a DIET.
    I also watched a Q&A that you added a question/complement about the way you parent your kiddo's. I don't have children but i did start out as one. If my father would have followed your lead with parenting me, i think my life would have been quite different. Your kiddo's will find a life and make choices that please them, not ways to please you. And that will take them very far. ❤

      That’s such a kind and thoughtful message-thank you! And I love your take on water! It’s true, the taste can make a huge difference, and finding a source that actually tastes good makes it so much easier to stay hydrated. Spring water definitely has a different flavor profile, and those minerals can be a nice bonus.
      And wow, your words about parenting really mean a lot. It’s something we try to be intentional about-giving our kids the space to grow into who *they* want to be rather than shaping them into who we think they should be. I really appreciate you saying that.
      Thanks again for watching and for sharing your thoughts! It really is a lifestyle, and I love that we’re all figuring it out together.

    I really needed this video today, I have gained 6 lbs over the last 6 months. I had a heart attack 6 months ago and haven’t been as active since, and I’m taking some new drugs that can cause weight gain too. I’m still a normal bmi, but now I’m showing higher blood sugars and I’ve entered pre diabetes on my blood work. So I’m going to lose those last 6 lbs and see if the pre diabetes goes away. And I need to begin to exercise again. I’ve had some issues with my back and heart that have made me scared to push myself too much. But I need to prioritize walking every day. Thanks for this message

    Very good video. I was obese in my 40's and went on Atkins for over a year and lost almost 100 lbs. That was a good thing, but not sustainable or healthy in the long run. Did gain about 30 pounds back, but got rid of that with intermittent fasting and a change to mostly plant-based (do eat some fish). Have kept it off for the past 10+ years without really focusing on my weight. It was a lot of work in the beginning, learning about all the different foods I had never thought about, leaning into vegetables, learning how to cook delicious plant-based meals - it took a lot of time at first. But doesn't anything that is worth doing? Just wish I had done this much earlier in life. Would also like to add, that AARP has many free, online exercise classes both live and on demand, which run the gamut from chair yoga to weights to cardio to tai chi - whatever you need, there is probably something there that you can dial up on your computer and also cast to your TV. So you don't even have to leave the house, if that is your thing, or if you live in a very cold climate that makes outdoor activities right now difficult or just distasteful (yeah, I don't do snow stuff). Was neat to see how applicable a lot of that book's lessons are to healthy living in general.

      @pbwithjeremy  3 дня назад +1

      That’s such an inspiring journey! It’s amazing how sustainable, plant-based eating can make such a long-term difference without having to obsess over weight. And you’re absolutely right-learning how to cook plant-based meals takes time at first, but like anything worth doing, it pays off. Thanks for mentioning the AARP free exercise classes! That’s such a great resource, especially for those who prefer working out at home (or, like you, don’t do snow stuff-totally relatable!). Sounds like you’ve built a lifestyle that works for you, and that’s what really matters. Appreciate you sharing your experience! 🌱💪

    Jeremy, this video is informational and inspiring. It is an overview of a healthy lifestyle and a pep talk in one video. Great tips snd reminders of what we need to do for ourselves to get or remain healthy and motivated in specific steps we can take. Wonderful! Will be rewatching and then eventually sharing. Your speaking and coaching talents are on display here. I would suggest you consider some public speaking engagements such as at colleges and businesses on the benefits of lifestyle changes. Maybe go for the T.Colin Campbell certificate or PCRM certificate. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with us! Congratulations on your continued success!!

I think this video would be shared by a lot of plant based you tubers. Please don’t take this as criticism or negativity. You can't change it after it's been uploaded - it becomes a whole thing with the RUclips algorithm. A typo doesn't change the content - people can still share it. They'll feel better that they know I'm human and I make some mistakes :)

    Great video! I exercise on my bungee mini trampoline. Every morning and every night. You can make it as hard or easy as you like. Fun guaranteed and good results for your body. Apart from my WFPB lifestyle this is all selfcare and selflove. Greets from Constance living in Belgium, famous land for its beers ( but not for me, not even when I ran a bar for almost 10 years). Back to the topic: wealth is pure wealth when you are happy with your healthy and crueltyfree lifestyle choices. Bye now!.

    • @pbwithjeremy
      @pbwithjeremy  3 дня назад +1

      That sounds like an amazing routine, Constance! A bungee mini trampoline sounds like such a fun and effective way to stay active-love that you make it part of your daily self-care. And I couldn’t agree more-true wealth is all about health and happiness, especially when it aligns with compassionate choices. Also, running a bar for 10 years and not even indulging in the famous Belgian beers? That’s some serious willpower! Thanks for sharing your perspective, and sending you all the best from this side of the world! 🚀🌱

      I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. When he wrote don’t feel badly it sounded kind of funny because it should just be bad. It only bothers me when it’s really bad or someone’s rude and trying to correct someone but is making grammatical errors themselves.
