*EDIT to UPDATE*: The winner has been picked and informed via email, per my recent tweet: twitter.com/paulhardware/status/1649457137733734401
You guys are amazing! Thank you so much for the overwhelming support for Travis. 🙏🙏🙏 I also need to note -- since this is a giveaway video -- that I will NOT be notifying anyone that they won via the RUclips comments section. If you get a comment reply that says you won something, it is a scam. It is not me -- look for the checkmark by my name. I will only be contacting the winner via the email address provided when you enter the giveaway.
Stay safe!
hey Paul, can you make a modified case with 5.25 opening? since most cases nowadays don't support that bay,
I just need to see if new cases can be modded to support 2-3 5.25 bays for hotswap m.2/sata and internal card/sdcard readers
thanks man
🫣
please sir if this giveaway is available for india then please extend it for one week so that we can also participate thank you
I'm building this computer. where does the power cable 4 pin molex goes into?
Paul, I cannot thank you enough. This is extremely overwhelming and difficult to accept, but your friendship and the kindness of the PC community astonish me every single day. I hope to one day be well enough to help others give back to people in need, as was my passion for so long. Much love and good luck to those entering the giveaway, as I know this PC will make anyone who receives it extremely happy.
I think most of us can THANK YOU for all you have done. I am happy to have helped when you first started and hope things go well for you my friend!
@@josephdenice731 ❤❤❤
Stay strong Travis
Wish you the best dude, I also have rheumatoid arthritis and it's no fun, I feel your pain.
Prayers for you and your family
I don't usually donate online, but this is a very honorable cause and I do know how difficult it is to accept help as a father and a spouse. I hope it gets better for Travis. Thank you Paul for all of your content AND charity work.
Now this is different, and better imo, launch day CPU review. Benchmarks and a proper build to show it off. And we even get extras like giveaway and a personal touch of support to a friend, very wholesome and well done. Keep up the great work Paul
Thanks for the MSFS benchmark. Also impressive win there for the 7800X3D
Well done Paul. Good luck Travis in the future - I hope you and your family are coping best you can and that you have a lot of support around you
Awesome looking build with very nice components, all the best to Travis, i wish him well. Oh and yes with support bracket, wont take away from the overall picture.
You are the only channel I visit now for MSFS benchmarks. Thank you so much.
Now off I go to the MSFS forum to politely ask them to add an in-game benchmark to it!
Yes, Paul, never stop testing MSFS2020!! We want to see it tested for any new CPU that gets released in the next couple of years. Big like from me 😀
Thank you for your service Travis, fingers crossed on that PC
What a wonderful thing to do Paul!
You are truly a good friend. Best of luck Travis.
All of this is really awesome! Thanks, Paul and crew!! Special thoughts and best wishes go to Travis!!!
That GPU support bracket is genius. Great build and vid as always, and your kindness knows no bounds, for which we’re ALL grateful for.
Great job Paul. I was hoping you would have something up today for this processor.
Thank you as always for the 4K benchmarks and MSFS reviews. I have shared.
I wish your friend the very best, and commend your efforts.
As someone who suffers with inflammation at times, mobility is something that most take for granted and never give another thought.
Going to bed perfectly fine and waking the next day and not being able to walk, definitely makes you more humble.
Great cause to support! and a beautiful build as well. Thanks for the content Paul
I really appreciate the way you approached this review. While I am fully aware why testing CPUs at 4k isn't the norm, it is nice to see the results especially with what happens to the %1 lows. Plus, it's a nice reminder that my CPU is still ok for how I use it, lol, helps keep the desire to upgrade at bay.
And it was lovely to see a build come together, and I am happy to contribute to helping out your friend!
Testing products in the configuration that a "typical" consumer would be expected to use such a product should be the *standard* with testing that falls outside of that being secondary. Feels like everyone just "does it the way we've always done it", while the hardware continues to evolve at an incredible rate. Even if, on paper, 4k results for example "should" be totally predictable for CPUs, the people that are actually going to use that CPU in 4k would really like to see the results to, like, at least make sure it does what it "should", that's kinda relevant info lol.
The testing has to evolve plain and simple, and, as these CPUs are getting more powerful, more advanced, with more features, more and more testing is really needed. Those that are ahead of the curve are already heavily invested into automating their benchmarks(honestly surprised their isn't some kind of commercial software out there that could help simplify the automation of benchmarks; or maybe I'm just not aware of it, seems like an obvious market need) - and those who don't follow suit are going to get left behind. Especially as we're getting more and more unique CPU/GPU SKUs, that's a lot of benchmarking to keep up with.
This is a fine video for a great cause. I am familiar with Travis' work for some time and I am sad to hear he is not doing well. Hope things will improve for him! Sweet build, btw.
Great review as always and thanks for keeping MSFS in the rotation!
This is a good video, good way to give us both CPU benchmarks as well as installing the component into a new build. You should do them all this way for the seven main components you speak about in your other build videos.
Nice that you want to help your Veteran friend and his family. Certainly hope his VA Case Manager is helping him receive all the support he and the family need.
Its really good to see that u are comparing the other processors stats side by side to give some clarity
This is a very nice build. All the best to the winner and with the fund raising for Travis and the family.
this is beautiful, i hope more tech youtubers support Travis ❤
Digging this build. :) Beautiful Rig.
Get well and all the best to Mr. Travis.
Thank you for including the 4K results.
Thanks for including the MSFS 2020 test. That is what I am most interseted in. Great video!
It's a nice looking build. Good work Thermaltake. Good work Paul. And good luck Travis.
Great build for a great cause. Hope Travis gets the help he needs.
I have this EXACT same case waiting for my 5800X/Radeon 6800 rig to be transplanted into - I may refer back to this video several time for reference when I finally get round to doing said transplant.
Great initiative, @Paul's Hardware; I'm not as well versed in the work that @Shellback Tech do, but am aware of them from your charity streams.
@Travis - all the best with your journey & whatever you & your team (?) are able to continue to offer by way of support to those you help.
Great work Paul, on the charity support, kindness and support to Travis, to the entire community 🥰🥰🥰. I love to see creators putting their name to deserving charities 💪😇👍
Thanks for using your channel influence for a good cause. I happily donated and I hope the project is able to return one day.
Thx Paul... Ventilation looks good on that case.. Peace to you Travis and here's hoping you get well.
thank you for the detailed video, some decent benchmark presentation and totally not confusing unlike other videos where I have to search the specific processor on the screen
Awesome build and a great cause. We need more acts of kindness in this world.
Awesome looking build! Hope things go well as possible for your friend.
Super clean build, the 7800X3D is looking good so far too!
love thermaltake and love the design of the case. the swa fan design is a stroke of genious! would love to see the build with the gpu bracket installed as well. great work as always sir!
Build looks great. Thanks for posting.
Best wishes for Travis and Thank You Sir for your previous efforts on behalf of our Vets! Paul - was the GPU Support intentionally deleted from the Build?
You're a gentleman and a scholar good sir. Wishing the best for Travis.
I so need a new PC and am in the preplanning phase. Appreciate the videos they really help.
I'm sorry for everything that Travis is going through, keep up the positive spirit sensei, you've absolutely got this, keep aside all the toxicity and embrace all the goodness. Paul! you're an absolute beast, keep up the good work that was neat :) Always a treat to the eyes!
Super cool and nice thing to do for your friend!
Good luck Travis! Good luck everyone! Much love!
What a kick ass build! And a sad, yet heartwarming story and cause... I'll be sending all the positive vibes I can muster over the holiday to Travis, as I tinker with my own build ❤❤❤
PS. Thanks Paul, for pronouncing etc in the appropriate way! 😊
For some reason it seems like everyone wants to sprinkle Xes in there!!! 🙄
Wonderful build!
Stay STONG Travis! ❤
What a star, bench and build, outstanding....😊
Beautiful build, beautiful cause. Much love to you and Travis.
As usual, another great video! I recently got a Thermaltake snow p6 case, and I'm sticking with them from now on. Very high quality cases, and they have great solutions such as the GPU brackets built in the case that don't look offending. Thanks for the video!
Entered and made a small donatation wish it could have been more, Best of luck Travis with everything, The PC Community appriciates everything you have done and will do in the future
You're right Paul, I do really like it when you benchmark that game
Even the 5800x3D holds up really well considering it’s last generation. I didn’t expect it to sit with these new 3d cpus
The build looks great Paul! You are a True Gentleman. Love how that Zotac card looks. The Thermaltake products have a great look to them as well!
Thanks for the opportunity.
Fantanstic cause for Travis and wonderful build!
I wish I could have donated more (I'm unemployed and RUclips/Twitch doesn't bring in much), but I gladly gave what I could. Travis, wishing you and your family the best. Paul, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Great job Paul. Get well soon Travis
Watching PC building is always awesome. Keep it up my guy. Gobless❤❤❤
I know you are doing your basic series of pc building for us first time about to build a pc folks. Still it would have been nice to watch you do all the post build steps to have a complete setup. Otherwise this was great to watch and I think I'll start the saving process to build this pc. Looks really sharp! Thx and again good on you to help a friend in need!
Great idea. Great build.
Thank you, thank you for not only including but leading with 4K results! I can’t stand watching reviews showing absolute top tier hardware with only 1080 (and some 1440) results. I get wanting to show cpu limited benchmarks but for many people buying at the high end it’s not a realistic use case… both should be shown as you have done!
That def blows my subpar FX8350 out the water. Great video as always and very much liking the 7800X3D, however, I do hear that it can run freaking hot...shame winters come and gone.
Im super excited for the new TT cases. Ive been hooked on their cases since i got my TT X71 TG super tower
Pretty impressive build and for a good cause nice 👍
i actually dig that sag bracket very cool idea, Great cause for a giveaway BTW Paul you are a very good friend.
Thanks Paul for supporting a Hero Vet! Wish I could do more!
I could not give a lot, but a totally worthy cause!! You're a good person Paul, glad I follow you. =)
I dont know if someone already posted, but the dip switch on the TT controller is to assign a device number to that hub, so the software can know what controller that is, you can daisy chain multi TT controller off one of the USB header splitter cable.
thanks again for 4k benchmarks
Thank your for the MSFS benchmark. You’re the only one I’ve seen that does one.
Keep us informed sir ! Thanks !
O yes I do.. heading to the site now.. thanks for helping him out..
that looks amazing very nice build...
Currently building this all I need is the processor can’t wait until I get to use this bad boy 🔥
I joined and watched the video for the PC and ofc the giveaway but it's actually really sweet looking at the cause. Hope Travis is able to achieve his dreams soon and heal quick.
paul what a great gesture regards Travis!! simply amazing and great to see!!
I hope Travis gets well. I also appreciate the MSFS benchmarking! I'm guessing other channels probably don't run it due to popularity, but i should be run just because it pushes systems hard.
Great of you to include 4K. For this price range gaming at 1080p is probably not the go to resolution. Healthy reality check seeing them all so close at higher res.
Though you can't deny it has also an excellent power efficiency at that.
Thats an amazing thing to do. Love the Ceres because of being named after the dwarf planet but also the ancient Roman goddess, Ceres who was a goddess of agriculture, grain crops, fertility and motherly relationships. Apt timing ❤🥚🐰
Thanks for all you do Paul
Glad to give and help out. I know Travis ask Paul to help others with the extra, so whomever it goes to I am sure will be a good cause. (Entered to win a well...who wouldn't want that rig?!?!?!)
Awesome video. Awesome charity drive. Awesome giveaway. Thanks Paul!!
Nice looking build looks like thermaltake is stepping up there game the hardware now looks modern if that makes sense . Screens are a nice touch.
holy sheesh love this build
Sick clean build! 🤤
NICE BUILD
The best, as usual. Ty Paul.
Thanks for including MSFS 20202 Paul
great thing you are doing for he vet!
Awesome !
So guys i am from germany and decided to help, let us make the gofundme trend everywhere.
Love the design of the Zotac GPU range, I still think someone there is a fan of 'The Orville, ' cheers Paul.
I'll be praying for your friend to have more good days then bad. I wish I could afford to build a rug like this
Amazing video Paul. I hope my donation helps your friend in some way. You Sir truly are an inspiration to me with your kindness and generosity for others in need!! Awesome build as well. Would be a joy to use for one lucky person.
Thank you Paul! I never understand why other reviewers don't test mfs in cpu benchmarks since flight simulator has always been so hard on the cpu thank you! I came straight to your review cause I knew your were testing mfs2020 keep up the great work.
Nice looking PC right there.
Great video, Paul, and all the best to Travis and the other veterans who go above and beyond every day.
Thanks for the benchmarks of MSFS. 👍
