Your seedlings look like they're unbothered by slugs and snails. Is there some organic method you employ? I've heard that hair trimmings might dissuade them, but all of my zucchini were still mown down by something in the night before the leaves even made it out of the seed case, so I think hair is not as effective as I'd hoped.
My seedlings are in a moveable greenhouse on wheels on the driveway. I haven't noticed any slugs in there at all on my night patrols, which I'm thankful for, they are nailing the rest of the garden! I haven't come across any better remedy than repeated picking them off after the sun goes down.... Tedious but effective after about 3 or 4 consecutive nights.
