Hi everyone! Today I'm making a delicious and simple dinner of chicken and potatoes. The whole family loves this chicken breast dish. Tender chicken rolls will please everyone with their taste. Recipe and preparation:
4-5 potatoes.
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
30 ml. vegetable oil.
3 chicken breasts
mix paprika, black pepper, salt, your favorite herbs.
We prepare homemade mayonnaise:
100 ml. vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon of vinegar.
1 egg.
1 teaspoon of mustard.
3 cloves of garlic.
salt, pepper (optional)
parsley.
150 grams of cheese
1 clove of garlic
Bake 40 minutes at 180 ° C
Cook for 5 minutes at 180 ° C.
Very tasty.

I made this tonight, and it was delicious! It does need a slightly longer cook time as my potatoes weren't quite done, and I baked mine at 375. Next time, I'll put some foil on it at the end to keep the chicken from overbrowning, turn the heat down to 350, and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes longer. Also, I noticed that your potatoes were flooded with liquid--mine weren't as I used dry parsley instead of fresh. My chicken and potatoes were beautifully browned and crisp. Thanks for this recipe!

Always looking for new chicken ideas ,the type of potatoes makes a difference.We use Yukon gold I wonder if you microwave potatoes a bit before hand so they will crisp on bottom.Red potatoes are waxy and take longer to cook.I have a similar recipe for our ski house crowd made with Boursin cheese for stuffing along with a few more cheeses like here on top.Also have had ham inside like cordon Bleu.

I'm trying to find the Boursin blue chicken recipe it may be lost but everything is similar except you layer Boursin cheese ham slice then cheese again I'm trying to remember the cheese gets spread like you did with mayo.The cheese shredded on top was like mozzarella or havarti or a Munster.I will have to make it again to see.
