Thanks for this Video my BI-RAD was a Catagory 5. And I am in the process of getting a biopsy done. I’m just praying and trusting God what ever I have to go through God is gonna be with me but sometimes my nerves gets the best of me it’s scary just waiting. My doctor has already told me to prepare for the food and the bad so I’m super nervous. But thanks for this video you broke it down great where I truly understand.

Yes I have gotten my biopsy the results came back Wednesday sad to say I have cancer Invasive Carcinoma. I’m just waiting on my appointment with my surgeon on Tuesday for the next step. Which will probably be surgery and chemo.
@tts3866 don't give up the lord he is greater than cancer . 🙏 I actually had a prophecy spoken over me last night and she said the lord is saying give it to him. And I've been feeling that in my spirit not to give life to it. That's been with everything and it still applies with this situation and for you. I have seen soo many miracles! And I know you have to!
My daughter had actually saw a hand on me last month as I was turned sideways and seconds later my pain started back up. Remember just as our Father has assigned us angels , Satan has also assigned us demons. Know he is trying to take you out but he knows he can't do that so he wants to make your life a living hell. He knows his time is short & we have a assignment that will save souls from his evil hands! We must not live in fear! I'm not moving forward with anymore doctor appointments or anything . Bc I feel not to in my spirit. 💞

I’m birads 3 with two tumors (one of which is small and not palpable) and anti parallel and suspicious calcifications which from what I read is a scary sign. I wish I had asked for biopsy instead of waiting for another ultrasound in 6 months.
Please demand a biopsy immediately. My 28 year old daughter had repeated ultrasounds and mammogram s over 18 months as the radiologist kept saying she just had a 1cm fibroadenoma and innumerable calcifications. She was told she didnt need a biopsy but when she went to a different facility,different radiologist, she found she now had advanced stage breast cancer that could have been treated nearly two years ago. A biopsy is the only way to truly know. Even though statistically most lumps aren't cancerous you don't want to second guess it.

I got my results yesterday, it said category 4 only (no sub-category), and recommended a tissue biopsy. Please, please I hope it turns out benign 🙏

So I did a ultrasound and mammogran and they found a small intraductal mass behind my nipple bi rads 4 I'm so worried I'm going to have a biopsy soon I hope is so ok and is benign so worried

So If they never graded my 4 is it just 4a? I should be getting my results today sometime though! ❤ mine was interesting as it seems like infection and is hyperechoic but also have dilated ducts with debris. Only breastfed my daughter one month and she just turned two! Was on antibiotics but still having pain. Good luck to others out there!
Will birad 2 has any chance to become cancer in future
My US and MM show BIRADS 4c... I'm going to see my pcp in two days and a surgeon on the same day in the afternoon. Hopefully, they can schedule my biopsy very soon. I'm 40, and I am a single mom with two children. I am terrified...

it means to talk with your doctor about getting more tests done in probably 3-12 months!
@@MedSchoolMadeEasy hello mine is also BiRADS 3 but I have had massive weight loss over past year of 50 lbs. They are sending me for repeat US in 6 months is that too long should it be 3 months?
Please see my earlier comment that my 28 year old daughter was repeatedly told she had a bi rads 3 fibroadenoma but the radiologists were incompetent and it was actually cancer. A biopsy is the only way to be sure. Or at least make sure your mammo is read by a breast specialist not a general radiologist.

Can Bi-rads 2 become Bi-rads 1 on subsequent regular follow-ups?
typically not. going from benign to negative would be unlikely as benign findings are not going to go away as a patient ages
I must be an odd one out. Just got my results and am Bi-rads 1 now, was 2 last year. I had asked the mammogram tech whether one can go from 2 to 1, she checked with the radiologist after, and came back to tell me that last year’s report was either incorrectly indicated as 2 or was a small cyst (I think that’s what she said) that went away. Said nothing is visible or marked.

I’m 26 and have 2 masses bi rads 4. Doing biopsy in 3 days. I saw the ultrasound and they do not look benign. I’m scared..
Update:
Biopsy came out benign, but I am now trying to have a surgeon get it removed. Lately I feel that they're growing and I'm a bit nervous. Also, I just lost my job and insurance coverage will end on 4/1/2023 lol... If I'm unable to get it removed, I will pray to god that it stays benign. Having family history with cancer makes me a bit nervous about this whole thing though.
Lastly, I finally came on here and read all the comments. I wish you guys are doing well and all the tests come out okay... Just know that you guys are not alone and I will keep you guys in my prayers regardless of the test result. ❤
I’m 32 and I had a mammogram and ultrasound as well and results show I have a very large 11cm well circumscribed mass. They’re recommending an ultrasound guided aspiration and biopsy. Prayers for you 🙏🏼

@@mizbluez8817 I had an unsuccessful biopsy of the 3 lesions earlier this month but the fluid inside the cyst tested benign. I’m scheduled for surgery next month to remove the lesions then they’ll test them.

BiRADS 2 means cancer??
He said Benign. That means no cancer, but if you're concerned, always follow up with your doctor. Be an advocate for yourself, and don't ever let them brush off your questions. Demand answers. Any questions you may have, write them down and take them to the doctor on your next visit. I always make notes while at my visits too.

No.. It mean probably benign.. But need follow up usually after 4 or 6six months
Hi , how is your breast now? How is the cyst? Is it gone? I have it as well and was diagnosed as birad 3 probably benign. I am really concern about it. 😢 i haven't talk with my doctor as she is on Vacation leave

typically not but you should check with your provider and maintain typical surveillance imaging schedules

I think benign is good. But Maybe there needs to be a follow up. Always talk to a breast specialist (Breast Surgeon) Good luck 🍀

My results was BIRAD #5 it was September 2022.
I was advised to do biopsy, but I refused.
I changed diet, do fasting and still able to do things like normal as of today.
Mine is #5 but to painful I can't even sleep at night 😢

@abhiabhi7053 jesus christ is the only one who can heal those battling cancer. I just got diagnosed 2 days ago with it but I know the lords got me. Yes doctors are needful but the lord is the only one I can have complete hope in. For man fails us.god has the Last say so.

all irregular abnormalities in the breast ARE CANCER or turn into cancer. I know I had cancer three times.
sorry to hear you've had cancer 3 times! that's very rough. but no, not all irregular abnormalities in the breast are cancer or turn into cancer. plenty of examples of benign breast abnormalities. fat necrosis, fibroadenomas, etc.
Why are risks given as a range? Risk is already a probability, does the probability depend on the US user? On the interpretation of the images? Or what?
the data isn't exact. some studies will say one percentage, others will say something different
