In case you're not aware the Bruen decision also poked a hole in the second amendment. Look into the several recent cases in New York, Colorado, New Mexico etc. Using the exact language to state and win by doing so"buying, purchasing or obtaining" is not listed at all in the amendment. That is the current and active argument against the second amendment. The one oddly not being spoken about by all these you know staunch supporters have said amendment.
