Kefla losing, or to be more accurate, fighting Gohan to a draw in the Manga's version of the Tournament of Power actually made perfect sense. Adult Gohan in his Ultimate/Mystic form was on par with Kefla. They ended up eliminating each other simultaneously which doubles down on the fact that Kefla stood no chance against a Super Saiyan Blue Goku...
