@@MauriceMercado where is the follow up vid?
Great job babe!!!
Great video, thank you for making it. You said you get a 2 year warranty + 1 from the dealer. Where did you buy it?
I bought mine at may local Leslie's Pool Supply, they are an authorized dealer but you can also find it on Amazon on sale from time to time. I liked it in the video description. Thanks for watching. Glad I could help.... I made a follow-up video one year later.. ruclips.net/video/s6CyfQsRM-o/видео.html
Love it.
Just be sure your outdoor plug is a GFCI outlet (has the Test, Reset buttons). This robot is being powered by AC electrical current, and the instructions do say to remove it before letting anyone "jump in".
Without a GFCI outlet plug, if this model had happened to have had a manufacturer's defect, the kid wouldn't have been safe.
Thanks for the tip, I always take it out before we go swimming. But I will be sire to make sure that outlet is GFCI.
@@MauriceMercado matter of fact I was told that the GFCI outlet might fault and was advised by my electrician to install a GFCI breaker. You have the pump running and it should never be taken for granted.
@@omarious done and done. 👍🏼
The control unit converts the 120 volts AC from the receptacle it is plugged into down to 30 volts DC, which is what the robot uses.
I have a fiberglass with a ledge all around the pool and mine can’t get to the top of the pool. 😩
Really? Same Model? Wow sorry to hear that, this robot works so well with its 4 wheel drive I can't imagine it not climbing up any pool wall.
about to try this tomorrow or something while its hot see how well it does.
Good luck. I took the cover off my pool last weekend because the temp his 68 and the water was green but after a few hours of shocking and running this robot vac, the water is back to blue and ready for opening.

I'm ready to buy one of these. My two questions are does the cord ever tangle up and prevent it from moving freely and does it make it all the way up to the water line on the tile? Thank You!
The cable is long enough for my 16x32ft pool, the cord does tangle but it never knots. It untangles very easy even on its own most times as the vac movies around the bottom of the pool. I have no complaints. Update video coming soon.
Does it actually clean the waterline tile? It doesn't look like it in this video. It goes up and comes back down instantly.
@@eagleonesims613 It does, my pool was not taken care of my the previous owner so the waterline is stained but this little guy does reach up there and scrub it. UPDATE VIDEO COMING SOON.

Was your pool a liner pool? We have a liner in ground pool looks like our liner.
Yes, the in-group pool came with the house and it's an old liner. The Robot Cleaner does a really good job at keeping it clean.

Is this a good vacuum? Is it worth the price? And is the performance good?
It was a game changer. SO glad we have it. Makes cleaning the pool and keeping it clean so easy. I'm going to make an update video now that I'm in my second summer using it. Stay tuned and thanks for watching.

How’s the robot holding up?
Used it all last summer. Worked amazingly. Haven't opened my pool this year yet. I would still recommend it though. Thanks for watching.

I know this was a while ago.. But where are your mains? as she was showing the pool.. there are no returns that i seen.
"Mains" as in where the water comes in? There are three.
@@MauriceMercado no the main drains that lead back to the filtration pump.
@@bmacy1028 Oh well there is no drain line, the 2 skimmers do that on this pool. There's a separate drain hose that I use to rinse the DE filter that goes to the far end of the yard.
Cheap becomes expensive real quick...
