Even I also love mirchi in kadhi. I'm from gujarat and i belong to saurastra region here you get the spicy food. Were in every home people makes mirchi ki kadhi . But the chillis they use is different from this mirchi. Even i love my moms kaey hath ki kadhi. but unfournately i'm far away from home.i'm in canada right now.

After deep fry the pokada put that pokoda immediately in hing and little salt water this will make pokoda very floppy use that water in kadhi gravy 😊😊
