y’all should do an episode on the origins of nursery rhymes bc I did a whole project on this for my early education course and it was honestly so interesting. One of them was apparently made as a way to diss the king in a subtle way, also this same rhyme was about how the king’s close “friend” was a bisexual man who hooked up with everyone which made the king jealous. Nursery rhymes are more juicy than just the black plague ppl and I’m here for it.

I watched a bunch of Annette interviews and she seemed like such a nice lady. She was a caring mother and took years of work off to dedicate her life to raising her own kids. It’s so different from today’s celebrities that hire nannies and help to raise their children as soon as the babies are born. She’s so beautiful and seems like an unproblematic queen. I stan her now.
