I love that Gabie was able to go backstage and talk the chefs about the food.
At the Michelin star restaurant, when the waiter presented the smoked eel to Gabie, she went "Oh!" I think she was having PTSD from the jellied eels when she was on Jolly 😂

I absolutely loved Bannie's commentary on her experience at her first Michelin restaurant. Thoughtful and so accurate. This was such a gentle video. I'm loving this style of video Gabie! I like seeing you interact with the world and react to food that you didn't make.
I truly love hearing you switch between three different languages, it really inspires me to keep working hard at my Japanese and Korean language degree.
I'm a med student and I related so much when you said "the more you learn, you realize how little you know". Sometimes, I get frustrated by what I still don't know. But seeing you so bright-eyed and excited in learning made me rethink my position. It is fun to discover new things, just try to have fun and not stress yourself too much while doing it. Thanks Gabie! 🥰
The difference between what Gabie is eating in Paris and what Josh is eating in the States on Jolly is worlds apart!! Fun comparisons!

I must say, at first when I watched Gabie on the Jolly channel, I wasn’t a huge fan of the personality portrayed in those videos. But seeing Gabie show her vulnerability and persistence in the fertility / pregnancy process and her determination and the high standards she set for herself for her culinary career, I have grown to respect her so much and she is a role model to the modern women. She is showing us the challenges women face in striving for her career and building a family and how she keeps her chin up. I love seeing you grow and congrats on everything you have accomplished for yourself!

It's wonderful that you had a great experience in Paris and returned to London before everything went *south* in Paris with the recent and current bouts of unrest.
Went to restaurant Anne last summer. It was so delicious and so beautiful. Since it was hot we had a table outside ♥️ Totally recommend the place. So far it’s the best Michelin restaurant I’ve been to 👌🏼 Glad to see you enjoyed it too!
I miss the way they make bread in Europe. So much tastier than the bread we get here in our grocery stores in Canada.
