I saw them live in Kulturfabrik. Wow, I was blown away. They were the support act, but could easily been main act. I hope to hear more of them in the near future.
Very refreshing to see this merge of many different styles of music being so flawlessly reproduced live! Glad I stumbled over this band in an article that I read by accident.
Yin Yin and Khruangbin at the same music festival would be pretty epic. Nice far eastern jams from both bands with slightly different sounds and their own guitar virtuosos.
Look at this mofos. Playing great music, having fun, making a name for themselves. I freaking love them and "Rabbit that hunts tigers" is a masterpiece
@@xamikproductions there is some info on their bandcamp that multi-instrumentalist Yves Lennertz left the band "YĪN YĪN are Kees Berkers (drums), Remy Scheren (bass), Robbert Verwijlen (keys), and Erik Bandt (guitar)"
Well Holy shit. Listening to these fella's on my go-to source for all things music......and other kewl things from awesome people is stupendous. I can't even imagine what it would be like to see these guys live. Suffice to say, I am jealous af of all the attendees.........of course they ain't listening to this through my Bose speaker.........mygawwwwd......what beautiful energy
Pease come back to Kaunas! Your performance was just awesome! Funk + Tarantino/Rodriguez film atmosphere + Far Eastern vibes.... I mean, who ever does this shit?
yin yin, since yall dutch, why not make Indonesian inspired music. Literally there are thousands of both Indonesian traditional and pop sample material you could find
Not quite what you’re saying in terms of traditional indonesian music inspo but Ali is indonesian muslim and their stuff is great ruclips.net/video/ND7x58HwpEs/видео.html

@@xamikproductions they are now a part of another band called COLLIGNON. A three piece. They make interesting music, you should check it out.
