Trailer looks good, really like the set up. Rattle can bed liner, you might want to spray your ladder and where you step on to trailer. I did this to my pull sprayer after falling once.

looks good to me I like those hose ends good idea instead off fighting hose off barb if you have a leak. I think I will try to find some of them for plumbing my trailer up. thanks for sharing

Very well setup and thought out!! Looking fwd to seeing it in action this year!! I would think 35 ft of hose would be plenty!! Dylan ,Robert nice trailer. Just wondering about the little valve supports if they will flex if tanks move some. Not the ones under the Ventura. Maybe just a foot under it but not fastened to floor. Great video and trailer. Oh one more thing😂😂 get some 1/2 rod for some valve opener rods under the inductor unit makes easy to open while standing up. Thanks Men!!
That's youtube for you I thought we were a dying breed because around here as the old timers get to old the kids are not coming back to the farm, but man was a wrong 🤣🤣there are 500k expert farmers, agronomists,mechanics, cattle ranchers,veterinarians, tractor experts and grammar teachers on RUclips ready to go just ask and you'll be enlightened in the comments section. Great video trailer looks great if you get bored we can bring you two trailers that need some improvements on
Looks good you will like the upgrade. I have the same hose reel setup and blow it out with truck air. We found even with a shut off valve we still needed a one way check valve to keep water/fertilizer out of the truck air lines. Also you might want to add another air valve to blow the air off the line after you clear the product out. I learned that one the hard way. Nice work!
I really like y'all set up on the water trailer. DOT really don't bother farm trucks or trailers like that. I live in Eastern North Carolina and have never seen DOT pull over a farm truck or trailer.
It's about the same way here in Tennesee. Farms Trucks run up and down the road during harvest time weighing 100k plus. I guess people think I'm going to be running up and down the interstate with it.
Good looking trailer and setup. Time will tell how well everything will work and what ever doesn't you can change. Only tip I would give is keep everything ( valves fittings hoses etc...) inside the foot print of the trailer. Your filler valve can easily get damaged even being on the passenger side of the trailer (don't ask me how I know) because it sticks out beyond the edge of the trailer. If it must stay there put some kind of guard around it. Maybe a short head board of some kind. Certainly not trying to tell you how to set up a nurse trailer just my experience. Looks good and I am sure it will work as good...
Looks awesome to me. Would be real easy to weld in a cage at the end by the handrail to throw your empties and still leave room for pallet supplies. Don't know anything about DOT regs but it rocks from my point of view.

That's a good idea. I didn't know they had it in a can.

Looks dang good!! Great job. Mine is almost identical with exception of 3 1500 gal tanks less hose reel. Ya'll are going to really like that setup.
I wouldn't have minded having another 1500 tank but that was another $1600 I didnt want to spend lol.

I hadnt thought about that. I think we are going to get some rubber material to wedge between the angle iron to hold the tanks in tighter

Could you not just use an impact to reel in the hose instead of that handle?
It has an electric motor that will reel it in that hasnt been hooked up yet but that is as good idea.
