If one passes away, it doesn’t mean you don’t love your other child Any less because of your love for the one that passed! Give her time to grieve people and trust me when I lost my 18-year-old cocker spaniel Sadie. It took me years to grieve, and I couldn’t get another animal, but that was just the way I was.! I have two cocker spaniels and couldn’t see life without them! I’ve had them going on five years and the bond is so strong. Just give it time let her grieve and let that bond between her and Taz develop!!!!!!!!
Yes! It's been over two years since my furbaby girl passed and I'm still grieving just as bad as when she went to Rainbow Bridge 💗 I'm never going feel any better it seems ❤
OMGoodness, I lost my 2 Boxers within 6 mths of each other, 7 yrs ago and it still bothers me. Took along time for my heart to get to this point. Still hurts when I think about them, especially Apache, I raised her from a pup and we had that special connection. If I could've had her cloned, I would have. Lol Brody was 2 when I got him, he was my boy, different than Patch, but I loved him just as much. Time heals, it does get easier, but it's hell on the heart and mind getting to that stage. And sorrow comes in waves, at least it did for me. You'll get there Maria, unfortunately it's not easy and a bumpy ride. I'll keep you, Blue and Taz in my prayers. Take care.

Maryland here. That's terrible. I'm so sorry. No one deserves that. First let me say no one likes someone who does the "You should have..." bit. However, as an experienced truck camper I would highly suggest that when you rebuild from this you invest in a trailer camper. Build it yourself to your needs. Build it with a light metal shell over wood so it isn't easy to break into, build it with a metal locker/safe for your expensive gear, and build it with lockable leveling jacks so it cannot be driven off without unlocking. My suggestion is to use it for your office/bathroom/shower and kitchen. Maybe consider looking into building an expandable covered outdoor kitchen built into the trailer. It's remarkably easy to build for relatively cheap and there are several DIY RUclips videos detailing the process and ideas. You can set it up with a surveillance system to watch your stuff and even notify you if someone is at your camp while you are away. It adds a great place to store propane, batteries, and generators and can form the base of your camp allowing you to drive off in Poe for adventures and come back to camp by just unlocking and popping the bedroom open in Poe. Plus, it will really lighten the weight of Poe and give you a ton more room and allow you to take over more covered outdoor space that you can heat. You can even get a small a/c unit for the trailer. Poe is built to tow a good deal of weight. Give him a trailer buddy. I wish you better fortune in the future and I hope you rise up from this like a phoenix. I'm can't wait to see your new videos each week to see what new adventures you've gotten into.

I'm going through something similar to what you went through with Blue. My dog Abigail is 9 years old, and her leg fractured just from running around the yard. It turns out she has bone cancer, and she's still hopping around on 3 legs. She has some little bursts of energy in the morning when it's cooler outside, but then she sleeps the rest of the day. I'm just waiting for her to let me know when her pain outweighs her willingness to continue. It's really sad, because I thought I was going to be with her to old age.

I understand how you feel about Blue. I had raised 2 dogs at 2 months old . 1 of the dogs lived 14 years, and my 2nd dog was 7 years old , and he passed all most 2 years. I accidentally ran into your video during the time my dog was put to sleep. Watching you and Blue together is exactly how I was with Manny, my dog. He would be my shadow. He would sit down and stare at me like he was in love. We were inseparable, I took him everywhere. Well behaved . All my friends don't like animals but they like Manny. I was blessed.

On your next video say that whoever took your stuff could they mail your SD cards to like a certain mailbox so that you could at least get those back tell him it'll be anonymously you know that they got to be watching your videos because they have your camera with videos on it so they know to look at you and they will see that message hopefully and get something back
As for auto insurance, if your doors were locked, I thought auto covered theft. Anyway, life really can suck at times, and it's difficult to stay strong and positive. Crying and allowing yourself to feel whatever emotions you have over this is a good thing for what you experienced. I'm ready to punch my small hanging punching bag through the window I'm so angry at these thief's. What a bummer about Poe and your pictures/ videos of Blue. Did they break in by punching out the key hole?. I had to put a combination lock with a strong deadbolt in my apt because they knew how to unlock the key holes no matter what kind I had. Just a suggestion I would set up a hidden car alarm.
I had some things stolen when I went horse camping one time and I went straight on to eBay and I went to pawn shops in the area and I got almost everything back!!

My dog was a rescue at 3 and is an anxious dog like Taz. She whines or puts her paw on me when she wants something, like going out or food, but mostly just because she wants attention. I think when they a had a rough childhood theyre more insecure. From exposing her to different environments and car traveling shes gotten much better. Hang on, it gets better ❤️

I'm going through something similar to what you went through with Blue. My dog Abigail is 9 years old, and her leg fractured just from running around the yard. It turns out she has bone cancer, and she's still hopping around on 3 legs. She has some little bursts of energy in the morning when it's cooler outside, but then she sleeps the rest of the day. I'm just waiting for her to let me know when her pain outweighs her willingness to continue. It's really sad, because I thought I was going to be with her to old age.

Hi Ria, I do understand! I lost Zeke, my 12 1/2 year old Aussie in April and I am still not over him; he was my best companion for five years and we went everywhere together as I retired. I miss my fur buddy!

I understand how you feel about Blue. I had raised 2 dogs at 2 months old . 1 of the dogs lived 14 years, and my 2nd dog was 7 years old , and he passed all most 2 years.
I accidentally ran into your video during the time my dog was put to sleep. Watching you and Blue together is exactly how I was with Manny, my dog. He would be my shadow. He would sit down and stare at me like he was in love. We were inseparable, I took him everywhere.
Well behaved . All my friends don't like animals but they like Manny. I was blessed.

On your next video say that whoever took your stuff could they mail your SD cards to like a certain mailbox so that you could at least get those back tell him it'll be anonymously you know that they got to be watching your videos because they have your camera with videos on it so they know to look at you and they will see that message hopefully and get something back
As for auto insurance, if your doors were locked, I thought auto covered theft. Anyway, life really can suck at times, and it's difficult to stay strong and positive. Crying and allowing yourself to feel whatever emotions you have over this is a good thing for what you experienced. I'm ready to punch my small hanging punching bag through the window I'm so angry at these thief's. Can't stand thieves....too lazy to earn what they want and instead take...steal from those of us who work and earn...ugh. I'll donate...setup a fund to replace your losses, please. What a bummer about Poe and your pictures/ videos of Blue. Did they break in by punching out the key hole?. I had to put a combination lock with a strong deadbolt in my apt because they knew how to unlock the key holes no matter what kind I had. Just a suggestion I would set up a hidden car alarm.
So hard to hear what happened... Blue was great and some people do suck, bad. Wish I could help more. Please keep going.

I had some things stolen when I went horse camping one time and I went straight on to eBay and I went to pawn shops in the area and I got almost everything back!!

My dog was a rescue at 3 and is an anxious dog like Taz. She whines or puts her paw on me when she wants something, like going out or food, but mostly just because she wants attention. I think when they a had a rough childhood theyre more insecure. From exposing her to different environments and car traveling shes gotten much better. Hang on, it gets better ❤️

Hi Ria we understand about Blue, we just had to put our mixed sheep dog, Tiger down, she was 17 years old. I’m sure I saw her a couple of days ago in the corner of my eye walking up to us and turned to talk to her but she wasn’t there. My husband said that’s the path she always walked. So sorry about the thieves, I believe strongly in KARMA.
