Loved the Darth Vader impression around 2 & half minutes in 😁 When you went through the large lake the windshield did a great job on deflecting most of the water, watched that bit twice. Did chuckle a little when you stalled a few times, as I would have fell off! Think you should have ran at it at 4 million miles per hour like the first run through. I would have not been down those lanes anyway, unless I was on a RM or something and 30 years younger 😂😂😂 Thanks for sharing 👍🏻
I know the GS is a beast of a bike size wise but when spinning it round with limited space try using the side stand as a pivot and pull the weight of the bike onto it whilst spinning the bike round. If that at all makes sense. Obviously not ideal to do all the time with all the weight on the side stand but handy to do. It helps with bikes like my 1290 SDR that have the turning circle of a double decker bus 😂
@@CRAZYLEGSONABIKEyeah better off giving it a go on flat solid ground. Getting the weight balance right so you’ve got both wheels off the ground is key. Actually you’ve given me a little idea for a brief how to vid for my channel. Cheers 😁
Entertaining as always. I had a chuckle at the begining when you had to turn around. I had the same problem on the snake pass on Sunday when the road was blocked due to an accident. I was stuck on the steepest bit of that road, and yeah, it was a bit unnerving being no footed on one side, flat footed on the other side, and a front wheel that skipped every time I touched the brake with a 237 KG bike under my, erm, control. Dead easy, with no worries :)
The R1250gs is a heavy bike when pushing. Nice scenery and a great off roading. Enjoyed it bro. :) Cheers. Drop by when you have time. You may find something interesting. :)
That sounded like me on the bog this morning, all that puffing and panting😂 Big old girls ain't they, them GS's. Great bikes though and I'm sure you'll have a great holiday on her. A lot of people would've cut getting soaked and stalling it 👏👏👏👏👏👊👊
Oh I reckon you were swearing like a "Peaky" inside buddy, when you done the whole big puddle 1st time around!!! 😮🤣😂👍 Oh & if you got cold by that, that might have caused the stalling section, due to your brain not working right! 😉👍 So glad you didn't have a whoopsy in the puddle man! 😎✌️
@CRAZYLEGSONABIKE Too many are too scared to get their bikes dirty & yeah even you complain about having to wash it again, but well worth the dirt IMO! 😬😂👍
Thanks buddy much appreciated. No filter on the camera I’ve just colour graded it. Dropped in a bit of tint and definition and that was the result. Although I have purchased for Spain some nd filters 👍🏻👍🏻
@@CRAZYLEGSONABIKE got the DJI action 4 nd’s but using the freewell polariser on the action 3 makes a big difference, the 3 suffers less ugly flaring than the 4 your footage appeared polarised hence my question. Keep it upright & away from a ktm dealership 😉
Hi Jay, it looked like you had a great ride. And what's the Carpuride satnav like. I would like your thoughts on it before I go and purchase one. Cheers ✌️ 🍻
Thanks buddy. So far the carpurride is good I find it really good that everything is there and the 7 inch screen is great. Not had it long so not sure on reliability yet let’s see what happens. 👍🏻👍🏻
@@CRAZYLEGSONABIKE Cheers bud, just seen your jacket name on your other vids, thanks. ive got the RST mesh. Never looked at the make you have... maybe early christmas for me then lol
That was a good puddle. Can you not download the maps you need for Spain and use them as offline maps on the phone? or is it too large a file for the whole trip?
Hi Jay cracking video mate , are you going to Spain with Richie vfr, you did well getting through that puddle Jay and man handling that big heavy bike around, thought my vfr was heavy but nothing compared to your BMW , good content jay 👍, will be following you on your trip mate.
Have same problem trying to find trails that are suitable for the bigger bikes, got a few that got down to explore. Any chance you could let me know where these ones are so can add to my local list and get out and explore some more. Hope you have a great Picos trip.
Hey buddy this trail is on the tops of Holmfirth tbh I don’t actually have the full road names etc but will try and point this out on my next adventure there 👍🏻👍🏻

🤣🤣 great effort J. You owned that puddle on the first run. I can understand how you overthought it on the return. Have a great trip bud.
Haha certainly did pal cheers 👍🏻👍🏻
Kudos for taking the GS off-road, more puddles please just hose it down when you get home, the GS is built for this, nice one.
Haha thanks buddy it took me a while to get her clean 👍🏻👍🏻
I had a few chuckles at that Jay, I am glad you are enjoying the new bike. 👍👊🏴

Great video as always. How's that screen on the motorway ? It gives plenty of unobstructed forward views.
You get blast but better than turbulence from the original but I don’t mind it and like you say gives you a better view. Cheers buddy 👍🏻👍🏻
