If I ever get a BMW, I'm going to have to grow a beard (and no this isn't Carol 🤣🤣) I love the Lake district. Carol & I have been walking, driving and riding up there for many years. I can remember losing the brakes on my Saab 900 Turbo heading down the struggle back in the 80's. Definitely struggled to stop in Ambleside! Your camping area looked nice. There's another great site called Sykeside Camping Park a short ride from the Kirkstone Pass inn, it's in the grounds of the Brotherswater Inn so good for food and a pint Another well made vid. Haha thanks Richard I have some fond memories of the lakes. I think me and Catherine stayed at sykeside that was near Kirkstone. Hi Jay really enjoyed the video, you guys had a ball by looks of it ,really glad I watched this blog because I'm off up to the lakes next week for 5 days touring and just seeing the beautiful countryside and hopsome great roads, been a while since I was up thbut remember it was a fabulous place to be on your bike ,hopefully the weather will be ok?, anyway jay great video as always mate 👍
