Love this!! Thank you for sharing your art with us. How thin are the really thin strips? Would this work for someone with hand tremors?

Question: What if I want to make bead mosaic pieces for inside a shower? What kind of method would you use in the way of gluing/mortering them in place or making them in pieces (indirect mosaics) to later install into a larger project? I really want to make my shower an under the sea theme, but I would like to make my sea creatures out of beads, and the rest of the wall aka the water with regular mosaic tiles so that the animals can really stand out.... Do you have any advice or ideas on how to execute this?

What a wonderful project. I would recommend sticking with larger beads and using a silicone or grout. Being exposed to water for a long period of time would be hard for any glue. Maybe do the beaded areas separately first then incorporating them into the background as the thickness of the beads would probably be less than the other materials. The separate base might give it some lift to level it off. Lots planning for that one.
