Hi anMLive, the best procedure for removing your contacts is to look up and pull down your lower eye lid. Then, bring your index finger to your eye until you touch the edge of the lens. Then, slide the lens to the lower part of your eye before using your thumb and index finger to pinch them off your eye. At first this may seem tricky, but keep practicing and in no time it will become second nature.

By far the best, I run a small business...I use a computer a few hours a day, on the road at dirty job sites a few hours a day, drive daily and my days are LONG. As soon as I got it on my eyes I noticed the difference. Only start to get dry after 16 hours of straight use, but then again what will last that long ;-)

Can I wear my contact lenses on the aeroplane? They are ACUVUE MOIST for Astigmatism. Would I need eye drops to keep them moist? Thanks

Hi Vanessa! It’s as easy as the "1-2-3" printed on the side of most ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. If it's inside out, the 1-2-3 will appear reversed when viewed from the side. Otherwise, place the lens on your finger so that a cup is formed. Then hold the lens so you're looking at the side of the cup. If the top edges of the lens are flared out, it's inside out, and upon insertion will likely feel uncomfortable. If the top edges point up, resembling a bowl shape, it's in the correct position.
for people who say its a big waste of money...its a huge risk/ effort to wear yearly contacts. Its safer to use daily ones.

Hello. Does TruEye have Lacreon? I had irritation wearing TruEye, but felt Moist was more comfortable. But from reviews online people are saying TruEye is the best. Is there a difference?

Depending on the type of contacts you purchase, you should clean or store your lenses using only fresh multipurpose contact lens disinfecting solution or fresh peroxide based disinfecting solution. Your eye doctor can recommend the best product for you and your contacts. If you’d like the freedom of not needing any solutions at all, ask your eye doctor about 1-DAY ACUVUE® TruEye® Brand or 1-DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® Brand, which are tossed at the end of the day.

There's no demand for that kind of "plastic" other than lenses. By the time they run out of the material needed, the world humans would be wiped out naturally.

Hi again Michelle! Following our "How to put on contact" video is a great way to put on contacts safely. Contacts lens-related problems can occur, but they’re unlikely. Most common eye health issues are related with poorly fitted lenses or not following an eye doctor recommended lens wear or care schedule. If you do experience any unusual eye discomfort or changes in your vision remove your lenses and call your eye doctor immediately.
