If this was an app I would play ten times a day. Just too lazy to play solo games on the table. I have the -opolis games and like them, just never play. Great art too on this one.
Do you have to use pen and paper to keep track of your resources, or can you not accumulate them? Why would you “chop” (overlay) cards instead of just placing them side by side?
I feel that it is more complicated than the number of cards would suggest. A bit hard to understand but a good use of cardboard.

You use the resource cards, rotating them to show your actual resources value
You have to cover them to get the actions.
