I'm moving to Montana soon. When I get there and get settled into my new house I'm going to stand on an overlook and listen to this song. Just take it all in.
Did you move out there yet? I stayed for a week in whitefish and loved every second of it. Had this and other tracks on repeat while I hiked. Such a beautiful state.
I wish I could move to Montana. This game was what ignited my love for it in the first place. The music, the environment, the ambiance, the music. It all feels nostalgic in a way.
I have a goal in mind to move out to Colorado or Montana. I went to both states once and fell in love with the mountains and its simplicity of existence.
I'm a Montanan since birth, and it's a wonderful place. I was originally gonna move to a different state but then I realized, this is where I belong. It's also a great place to get away from the craziness of the big city.
@@kitnolan8090 There's literally nothing to do in Colorado other then smoking weed and skiing i guess. Montana is a way more interesting state, go there.
Its all over finally. I spent years getting bullied and traumatised ever since I was a young child. But I think it's ended now. For the first constant period of time I am thinking of how to go forward instead of how to fight back and survive. I have finally come out of my shell to explore the world when it isn't against me and cruel. In this new time I have, I just like to contemplate just how long its all been. How much we had to sacrifice. How much we had to give. How many people we lost along the way and how many people were hurt. All those laughing and mocking people. All those fights relentlessly back to back. But we did it. We won their hearts and we won their minds. We won for real and I am finally given some credit that I am due. I have had many loved ones with me along the way. Some of them left, but came back later to serve in my future. Some like Shurjo never did come back. Some gave their undying devotion no matter what like Rhyanna, which changed me into becoming a better person and not turn into the beasts my bullies were. Some may show up in later chapters of my story and some I will never see again. But most of all I must say I am thankful to have had one constant throughout all this; Matthew. He helped me up on my feet. We fought back to back. He saved me from being beaten up when I was outnumbered. He is the reason I had some semblance of a childhood in this conflict I have fought all my youth. And now I am 17 years old, I realise I have spent most of my childhood getting abused by other people instead of knowing what it is like to be appreciated and respected like the other kids. But I finally know what it should have felt like. The past is not quite behind Jishnu, but in a sense I am behind the past itself. When I am hanging with Matthew, it feels like I am with Shurjo again, with a brother. When I am around people, I feel they listen to me instead of laughing. It is so different from the abuse I am used to, and I know I can't change what happened then. But it doesn't matter because I can't call Matthew on time itself. Besides. The morning light of a new age of peace is shining on me now. Does it really matter? I have an entire future ahead.
So proud of you. That's where you were stronger than the likes of John, Jacob, Joseph. Going forward instead of sinking further into the darkness, exploring the world and realising it doesn't always have to be cruel and stand against you. It takes a lot to escape that pit, and this game well shows some simply cannot... but you did it. You should be proud of yourself. Here's to the future up ahead. ♥
My husband was a big gamer (Godlava77). He died at the end of May 2019, at age 42.😢 I remember him playing RDR2 & Far Cry 5. Not so much him playing it-- but hearing the music in the background all the time in my house... Sometimes, when I'm feeling especially defeated, I just come back to this FC5 video and let it play on a loop.
I just made a chair, out of wood, stained, polyurethane, pocket holes. I feel like a man and so I listen to this song, admiring something I created out of wood. You can do it too, make your future.
This game is a masterpiece. The story, the characters, the nature and animals. UBISOFT did a very good job. The music gives me chills all the time i listen to it. So nostalgic and peaceful. True American feeling. I did a research and even the fish species in the game are actually living in Monatana's freshwater. Overall its my favorite Far Cry game, but not because its a far cry game, but because it gave me warmth inside and for a little time I could get a taste of American life. This game will remain in my heart forever because the experience it gave was so unique and beautiful. I hope Far Cry 6 will be good as well, but it will never replace Far Cry 5. Peace!
I did it finally. After about 6 years. I finally managed to move to Montana. Moved for college. Didnt get accepted to the main Montana college I wanted to go to but at least I was accepted by another one with my major. At least I got here finally :)
It reminds me of the time when the game was released - I instantly fell in love with the game's soundtrack, especially that music, and the atmosphere of the game that it made me want to drop everything, quit school and raise animals in a field owning my own ranch and my own successful bar in Montana (like Mary May in the game). It was a crazy time, but looking back on it now, I really enjoyed it.
far cry 3 had more things to do with hunting and upgrades via hunting, far cry 4 though, was not bad but it was not as good as far cry 5 in my book, far cry 2 were the best in the series though,
for me though far cry and far cry 5 share a 2nd fav far cry spot as far cry 5 here had the best soundtrack and over all best story, but it lacked the work you had to put in for gear that far cry 3 had, so its why in my book far cry 3 and 5 share a 2nd place, because both of them were great, but both had something the other was missing,
makes me wanna roll a cigarette and sit in my back porch and watch the farmers work their crops. hell, harvest is around the corner. time to put in some seasonal work
the world and story of far cry 5 are so far beyond any other far cry game out there, i just wish there was more of it. i love the calm and gentle songs as you explore the mountains. this one is definetely one of the best. i'd also highly recommend the shillelagh sessions cover of now that this world is ending, such beautiful music from this game
There's going to be people that hate me for saying this but.......I think Far Cry 5 was a good game not better then the old ones but still a decent game with a very interesting villain that later one on becomes a somewhat good guy.
Meh, so what if they hate you, games are subjective. I love Far Cry 5. The villains were compelling and made me question my actions. Especially when I found out what they were trying to do. I'm replaying it again and wish you could play from the Seed's perspective.
