Hola, buena receta, gracias,mejor usar los 500 ml de nata para montar que liarte a fabricarla con la leche y la mantequilla, así si sería en 5’ y 3 ingredientes más la menta. Si a esta receta le pones en vez de azúcar el equivalente en eritritol glaseado te queda un helado keto. Si además alguien quiere, cuando esta en la tarrina que vas a llevar al congelador, echas un chorro de chocolate negro sin azúcar (superior al 80%) y lo mueves un poquito, te queda aun más sabroso y sigue siendo apto para diabéticos y cetogénicos. A mi el helado de limón y chocolate me encanta. 🥰 Te veo desde España.

Thank you very much for both recipes and how to make this. There are lots of places where you can't buy heavy whipping cream with high fat content. Plus it is so very expensive to purchase. It is very nice to have a wonderful substitute for when you can't afford or find the other option where you live. 🎉🎉🎉 How do you like the flavor of the longer version in taste ? Does it make a difference in flavor or texture? Have you ever tried the custard style version with egg yolks for a richer flavor and texture ?? Thank you again for looking at different ways of doing things when everyone can't get the exact same ingredients!!!!!! Any added advice would be ever so appreciated... Hola, buena receta, gracias,mejor usar los 500 ml de nata para montar que liarte a fabricarla con la leche y la mantequilla, así si sería en 5’ y 3 ingredientes más la menta. Si a esta receta le pones en vez de azúcar el equivalente en eritritol glaseado te queda un helado keto. Si además alguien quiere, cuando esta en la tarrina que vas a llevar al congelador, echas un chorro de chocolate negro sin azúcar (superior al 80%) y lo mueves un poquito, te queda aun más sabroso y sigue siendo apto para diabéticos y cetogénicos. A mi el helado de limón y chocolate me encanta. 🥰 Te veo desde España.

Thank you very much for both recipes and how to make this. There are lots of places where you can't buy heavy whipping cream with high fat content. Plus it is so very expensive to purchase. It is very nice to have a wonderful substitute for when you can't afford or find the other option where you live. 🎉🎉🎉 How do you like the flavor of the longer version in taste ? Does it make a difference in flavor or texture? Have you ever tried the custard style version with egg yolks for a richer flavor and texture ?? Thank you again for looking at different ways of doing things when everyone can't get the exact same ingredients!!!!!! Any added advice would be ever so appreciated... Mi piace moltissimo la stracciatella, la nocciola e il pistacchio, questi sono i primi e poi mi piacciono tanto i gelati alla frutta, slurp 😋😋😋 , non rinuncio a nessuno, l'essenziale che sia gelato🍨 ......ti seguirò per qualsiasi ricetta. لا يجب إضافة الليمون إلى الحليب الساخن، نضيف جزء الليمون في النهاية 😉👍
