Sipping on this now, so I revisited this and the sassafras note is great - you hit the nail on the head. Took a bit to open up on he nose but I'm getting root beer candy on the nose and palate with some rye and baking spices but it's crazy how smooth it is.

Curious.... Is this for charity? Or Rare barrels used? At 195 is this better than a Stagg Jr at 150 or R13 at $200-225.(benchmarks for secondary pricing in TN) Or Disco 12 at 140.
