Not sure if you guys read the comments but.... Two pro poor guy tips for grilled cheese. Light salt when the second side is done it obsorbs the salt right away. Secondly to preserve crisp cut it in half / two triangls RIGHT AWAY and plate on the sides/ crust. This stops the bottom side from steaming and both are crispy crunchy. Shout out if you try it/ add it in a future episode please :) Love the show here in Canada.

Honestly, if you're want to know if you have it, there's a good chance just googling it and looking at images would tell you (though even if you dont have it some of the results are a bit disturbing anyways)
I feel like the french onion soup would be really tasty with rye bread. I've seen it served with french onion soup and I feel like it complements the onion flavor well

You can fix the whole thing by warming the cheese on the grill (griddle in this case, I think) for a 1/2 second before adding it to the bread (which should already be on the griddle and toasted on the top side where the cheese is added). Edit to add: and you can cover it to let it steam for a couple seconds if the cheese isn't melted yet, but your bread needs to be pretty firm for that, or you'll just have a soppy grilled cheese.
They shouldnt have put both pieces of bread on there at the same time, you lose time for the cheese to melt. I personally throw my butter in, get both pieces in just to soak up, then take one out and put the cheese on and top, flip and then put a pan lid on so the steam can melt the cheese. avoids burning the bread.
Dry toast (no butter) the insides of the grilled cheese first. Then drop your butter in your pan, place you bread that you've toasted the inside of, and put your cheese on it. DON'T PUT THE OTHER BREAD ON YET. Cover with a lid. This creates a small oven allowing your cheese to melt faster. Keeping it open-faced will help the melting. Put your schmear on your top bread on top of the cheese, place on top of the cheese, pull off the heat, butter in pan, toast the other side COVERED.

When whipping the heavy cream, it separates the solids and the liquids. The pigment, beta-carotene, then shows as there is no more liquid diluting it.
