It is not the religion it is the civic sense that people need to understand.
Mizo society is different than other northeastern state that’s why they obey the rules

'Thul' which you have been told as a kind of mizo closet has a very unique way of making it in the olden days. I don't exactly know which kind of leaf or something they used for the inner lining of 'Thul'. But my grandma used to say, the clothes kept in it never gets mould even in the rainy season😊

mizoram is a rich,disciplined,punctual people state because of christainity (86%),Buddhism(6%) ,if hindu were in majority then the state will be in hectic and poor condition,thanks to christainity for giving oppurtunity to women to study,earn,learn skill,do bussiness and especially equality in both gender on the other hand condition will be worst in hinduism specially for the women

And yes the things (cloths and shoes) are expensive in Aizawl. Especially Millenium Center. I think you'll get same products for lower prices in main market (bazaar). We usually don't shop in MC for that reason 😂😂
