The car is getting lowered on Cobra springs with a 25 mm and 35 mm drop F/R
We take a drive along the same route before and after lowering to show the difference in ride quality and handling

I think you can go for ARC shocks suspension because it's way better than stock. I did in my rapid wherein the stock springs and shocks was horrible and felt like I was driving a Hyundai car. After switching to ARC the car got back it's German DNA

Yes! I feel you buddy, VAG diesels are on a different level…
This 1.5 TSI is also quite potent but push it and mileage is a single digit only

hey, one doubt - would it be the same ride height even if there were all 5 people in the car? I am worried that the wheel arch would come in contact with the tire if fully loaded and lowered, enlighten me here.

Car does become a bit lower, but no scraping on the road or wheel arch

I used 225/45-17 tyres for last 30,000kms on aftermarket wheels.
Now I am using Taigun 17” wheels but with 205/55-17 profile. Car feels very comfortable now. Earlier with 45 profile car was really stiffer. 20-30% more stiffer than it is already.
If I get 25/35 drop using Dr Nano springs, will that also take me back to experiencing stiffness I used to have with 45 profile tyres?

It should be even stiffer buddy… it may feel like 30 or 35 profile with your current setup and lowering springs
Also it might rub the arches too

Technically yes - but only for the suspension components
Best way is to revert to stock in case of any claim
